Great Time

Great location, convenient to the beach, restaurants, and grocery store. It was a perfect spot for the two families. We have plenty of room and then some.

this stay was terrible. without using any applicance the bathroom gfci kept on tripping.the handle of dishwasher was broken.The house had such a bad smell inside of dampness. And the AC was not working.it was 80 F and no AC, the AC tech came but was not fixed. I need my money back.my kids and family had the worst time

Thank you for your feedback. As a host who consistently strives to provide five-star experiences, I sincerely apologize that we did not meet those expectations during your stay. Regarding the air conditioning, I was notified of the issue on Friday morning and promptly arranged for two separate companies to assess the situation. It was determined that the upstairs unit required a full replacement, while the lower level unit remained operational. Unfortunately, due to timing and availability, the replacement could not be completed until Monday morning. During this time, I offered multiple times to provide a full refund so you could secure alternative accommodations with full air conditioning; however, this offer was not accepted. I also understand the inconvenience caused by the bathroom electrical issue. The lights and outlets in the primary bathroom were affected by a faulty GFI, which did result in two nights without proper lighting. I again offered a partial refund for this inconvenience, but did not receive a response. I’m pleased to share that this issue has since been fully resolved. Additionally, the dishwasher handle has been repaired. While it was still functional at the time, I recognize that this was not ideal. Please know that our goal is always to deliver a seamless, five-star stay. While these issues were unexpected and outside of our usual standards, we have taken the necessary steps to ensure they are fully resolved moving forward.

Great Thanksgiving Vacation

Our family of 4 had a wonderful time on our Thanksgiving Vacation. The home is well equipped and could t be in a better location. It is close to everything but far enough from the crowd. We’ll definitely recommend this home to friends and family.

Wonderful experience

Everything about the property was fun, clean, and convenient. The beach was actually closer than we thought it would be and the amenities of the house were perfect.

This is the most amazing beach house I have ever stayed at. The view from the balcony on the 3rd floor was breathtaking! Location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach.

Fantastic House with a View

This house was perfect! 144 steps to the beach and a pool. Everyone had their own bathroom and the street is very quiet. Highly recommend!

Excellent family vacation

Excellent location and home!! We enjoyed our stay, The property was alittle dirty when we arrived, my MIL and I cleaned up alot from the previous guests. But the beds were clean and everything was in working order. So we didn't mind. Overall it was an absolutely wonderful vacation and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great location

Beautiful home located right across the street from the beach. Perfect location for our family with 4 grandkids ages 4 and under. The older boys loved the bunk room and view from the deck was amazing. Lots of seating for everyone at the kitchen table and island. Bedroom and bath for each couple was nice with plenty of room for pack-n-play for each baby. Communication with Christy was excellent and check in was super easy. Hope to be back to stay again!

Our First Family Vacation

This house was perfect for our size family & the needs we had. My wife had some nonnegotiable on the list with 3b/3b & open areas with a pool for the kids & grandkids ... We had a great time & the expectations were met & accurate with pictures & descriptions... Easy access to the beach We are hoping to stay here again next year if we can find a week that the family & availability work Christy was easy to communicate too & fast to respond

Wonderful Beach House

Absolutely loved this beach house. House was clean, well-stocked kitchen with sharp knives (yeah!), comfortable beds, easy access to the beach, beach was stunning, and I could go on. Unfortunately it was too cold and rainy to use the pool, but we will definitely come back in the summer. Visit Schooners just down the block. And bring drip coffee for the pot. Thank you!

Nothing short of amazing!

I will do this in bullets to make this easier but our stay was just absolutely amazing! -Very spacious and nicely decorated -Owner is VERY responsive and a delight to work with -The upper deck view is breathtaking -The beach is literally across the street -House came stocked with plenty of linens, towels, starters, soap -Very clean! -Parking enough for 4 small cars or 3 large ones WE WILL RETURN - THANK YOU CHRISTY!!!!

Great summer vacation!

Our group of 6 (3 adults, one teen, and 2 10-yr olds) had a fabulous week at Seaside Serenity! The house was so clean on arrival which helped set our minds at ease for our vacation. The house was well supplied with kitchen items, linens and towels, and extras for the beach and pool. Getting to the beach was so easy and quick and the section of beach was much less crowded than other areas we saw in either direction. It was nice having the pool as an alternative for the kids when we needed a beach break. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this house to others looking for a great family vacation.

Mom and Daughters get away vacation

We loved our beach house. Just a few steps away from the beach. Beautiful view of the ocean from the top floor. This house was everything and more. There was plenty of space.The pictures were accurate. Christy the homeowner was helpful and responded quickly to any questions that we had. I plan to come back with my family.
