Excellent location! The host was very attentive and replied within a timely manner! We enjoyed the get away and got to enjoy many of the near by beaches. Definitely a place we would recommend and would love to revisit! Appreciate all the details especially when traveling with our children not only was it comfortable for us as the adults but for the children as well!

Very spacious for a condo and the back sliding glass door and patio faces the pool and game area! The outdoor furniture was a great place to sit in the shade and watch the moss swaying in the huge canopy of Live Oaks. The gas grill is a plus We had a fabulous stay!

The condo was wonderful. Not only is it well decorated, with modern appliances, it is situated in a wonderful area. The pool was never overcrowded because the community is small, everything was nearby (less than a 5 minute drive to the beach!) and everything we needed for cooking at home was provided. Even several seasonings. We had one minor hiccup (the propane in the grill was empty) but the host was quick to respond and remedy the issue. The beds were comfortable, the table was larger than it seems in the pictures (which was great for my family of 6!), and most importantly, the AC worked GREAT!! I didn't realize the washer and dryer are not in unit, but the pool house has several coin operated machines. We would highly recommend the condo to anyone and would absolutely stay again!

We enjoyed our weekend stay! The house was very clean and very nice. Felt like a home away from home. I could tell this is a family home. The kitchen had anything you could think of and even essentials to cook with and condiments. We met some of the owners of other units in the pool and they are a very nice little community. We road our bikes to the beach everyday. Will will definitely be back. Thanks for a great weekend!

Enjoyable rental!

My family stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed the rental—it provided us with most of what we needed and also was convenient to the activities we wanted to do while visiting SSI. We knew in advance that laundry isn’t in the unit, so while it would’ve been helpful to have in the unit, we decided upon booking that it wasn’t a dealbreaker. I was glad that I messaged the host while packing to inquire about beach towels as they are not included in the rental so we ended up having to bring our own.

Beautiful Quiet Convenient - Has It All!

What a lovely place to stay! Cissy was so wonderful to work with and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Condo is FULLY equipped with many amenities that other rentals don't provide! It is QUIET and within a 20 min. walk to the beach. Beautiful linens, decor . . . can't say enough about this beautiful place! Loved all of the sweet accent lighting, books to read, puzzles, games and the patio. Super convenient to have a keypad and not have to worry about carrying or sharing a key. Laundry and pool are just steps away. We would definitely stay here again - you will NOT be disappointed! And if you have little ones there are even toys, sippy cups, beach toys etc. for them!

Great Getaway

Nice spot in the center of town, close to the beach and other spots in town. Owners keep up with the place and are responsive to all needs. Recommended.

St.Simons road trip

Great location for walking and short drive to public beach access. Great restaurants within 15 min drive. Tiny kitchen but has everything you need. Carpet was stained in master bedroom. Owner stated it is being replaced thus summer. Didn't state in description that pool isnt opened till May 1st so we didn't get to use that. There is a laundry mat on site but not in the init. Would stay again. Owner was very responsive to questions!

Spring Getaway

My husband and I traveled from Wisconsin. Weather was fantastic! Beaches, Fishing Pier, shopping was all very close. Condo was very well decorated,clean and well equipped with your basic necessities and then some! I would totally recommend this rental! Thankyou so much for a great place to vacation and when needed to relax and feel at home!

This unit was very well kept. A couple of issues were delt with immediately by communication with the owner. My wife and I would stay here again.

Easy access to everything

Surf Hut was cozy, comfortable, and well stocked with everything you might need. It is a short drive, or even a walk to the beach, village, grocery, restaurants, and sights. The inside of the condo was clean. The exterior did not live up to the photos. We never used the patio, the furniture or the grill, or the beach equipment. There was a lot of mold so we stayed away. The water heater was not working when we arrived. Property manager helped us with the issue by the next day.

Rude belligerent Owner

We were supposed to rent this condo for a week in October after finding out that the pool was not going to be opened and trying to get some resolution with the owners of this condo. It was to no avail. I tried multiple times contacting the owner and trying to discuss, and asking for help if there were any open pools in the area that we would be able to use . Understanding in the write up about the condo it indicates a pool, never stating that it would be closed on a certain date. after the wife was of no use, finally we were given the husband‘s phone number who then began swearing belligerently to my husband when we were asking how can this be fixed and what is the right thing to do. Which led us to have to reach out to Vrbo for help and I have to say they did come through. We got our full refund back and we were able to schedule another vacation week in a condo that didn’t have an open pool beware !

I love this neighborhood. It is a short walk or drive to the beach. The pool is also right out the back door. It is a convenient location to the beach, shopping and restaurants.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

This unit is one of the nicest ones in the complex. Everything is new and redecorated. It has awesome amenities. Child friendly. Games, toys, pool, ping pong table, corn hole set, large TVs, walk in shower, great entertaining area around the bar and the luxury of new outside furniture, NEW GRILL and a great high top table with a small furnace to light for ambiance or it has a flat top which makes table great for a lunch outside or playing games.
