Please note, you have access to the main house, front yard, front parking spot and back patio only. The back studio is quiet but occupied, so please be kind to your neighbors.

We keep to ourselves, but are available 24/7 if guests need us. We work in the back studio, and regularly check on our properties.

Highly walkable, just a few blocks to all that North Park has to offer: Tons of amazing restaurants, bars, nightlife, shopping, etc.

You have 1 dedicated parking spot, the other one is $50 per stay. EV Charging (rates will apply), and free street parking (just read signs). We're in a very safe neighborhood, but keep in mind, we are not responsible for anything that happens on the street. Always lock your cars.

This is a home, not a hotel. We expect our guests to be kind, conscientious, cool human beings. We love pets, but they are not allowed here, including ESAs. $500 fine will be applied if this rule is broken or misled.
Shoe Off upon entry (help keep our lovely vintage floors safe)
No Smoking Inside (if outside, dispose of ash responsibly)
No Parties, No undisclosed visitors, no obnoxious, loud, rude behavior tolerated at any time.
No tampering/covering/unplugging of any security systems, smoke detectors or wifi/modem/routers etc (500 fee will be applied)
Your personal door code will expire the time of checkout and cannot be used again.
