Welcome to our one-of-a-kind, historic stone farmhouse located in a quiet, country setting. There are large stone fireplaces in the living room and master bedroom. The master bathroom is luxurious, with a large walk-in shower and its own fireplace over the tub built into the stone. A third bedroom occupies the entire top floor and offers beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and farmland. You’ll find that this is a perfect place to relax and unwind.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at this beautiful home in Greencastle. The home is so lovely with so many special touches we felt like we were on a spa vacation. The hosts could not have been more responsive, communicative, and helpful. Our teens loved the layout of the house with the top floor loft, and the proximity to Whitetail was super convenient. It was a 10 out of 10 experience for all of us. We'll definitely be back!

We were there only a few days. The home is stunning with great views. Clean and comfortable. All the amenities- highly recommend. As someone who rents our own property I know how hard it is to have a nice clean home - well appointed. This one is a winner.

We absolutely loved our stay at this home. When you hear “renovated farmhouse,” it can mean many things, so I was a little anxious—but wow, what a surprise. This place is truly exquisite. The renovation was done with incredible care, as if the owners were doing it for themselves. Everything feels elegant, high-end, and timeless, with beautiful hardwood floors, wrought iron railings, and great use of wood and stone.Every level has radiant floor heat, and even though this was the coldest weekend of the year, we were incredibly comfortable (I actually had to turn the temperature down). We came to ski, but with real-feel temps around -6 to -8 and small kids, we happily stayed in and enjoyed the house instead.The layout was a pleasant surprise—no bedroom on the first floor, which I ended up really liking. The second-floor bedrooms had extremely comfortable beds with high-quality linens and plenty of pillows. The TV and sound system were great, and the projector was a huge hit with our kids. The third-floor bedroom has four twin beds arranged as two king beds and felt like a fun kids’ space.The little touches were perfect: lovely bath essentials, a well-stocked kitchen, great appliances, and cozy fireplaces. We also had a few questions and the hosts responded almost immediately—super helpful, responsive, and caring. We would absolutely stay here again.

Restored Farmhouse

This property exceeds all expectations. The pictures and descriptions don’t do it justice. It’s incredibly beautiful, very peaceful and has all the right touches. This host goes above and beyond. 10/10

Weekend ski trip stay

We stayed from Friday to Sunday. We had four adults and 3 kids ranging from 6 to 11. It is a beautiful house and ample room for our group. Our stay was wonderful and the house was immaculate and very well furnished. We didn’t get to use the outside too much on account of the temperature but the outside was very nice as well with a lot of outdoor furniture and a propane fire pit. We would definitely come back again. The house was also only 14 minutes away from Whitetail ski resort. Super convenient!

Gorgeous spacious place with great hosts.

The farmhouse is beautifully restored as the listing says. Tons is nice little touches and great overall ambiance. Kids (ages 9-17) loved the top floor kid pad. Adults enjoyed spacious bedrooms. Kitchen was well appointed. I took a morning run and very much enjoyed the countryside view. Love how remote it is! Would definitely book again.

Enchanting Fall Stay!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a historic stone home, and it was an absolute gem for our family of five! As Maryland residents working in Pennsylvania, we welcomed family from England for their first visit, and this spacious home was perfect for our needs. Each bedroom featured luxurious king-size beds with stunning furnishings, and the soft duvets felt like sleeping on clouds—truly restorative for my husband and me, who work in stressful nonprofit roles. The peaceful nights we spent here were some of the best sleep we've had in ages. The bathrooms were equally impressive, boasting spacious layouts and spa-worthy tubs. We indulged in relaxing evening baths after busy days, and the rain showerhead was pure bliss—I could have spent hours in there! The entertainment systems made for perfect movie nights, and our 10-year-old had a blast playing hide-and-seek throughout the house, winning every round! The kitchen was a foodie's dream, allowing us to easily prepare a delicious American Thanksgiving feast for our family. The entire home was beautifully decorated for fall, enhancing the warm, inviting atmosphere we hoped for. We truly created lasting memories here, and I can’t wait to return when family visits again. Thank you! for an unforgettable stay!
