I take guest messages seriously, and it's concerning to hear that you didn’t receive a response—I’ll be looking into this to understand what happened. Regarding the maintenance issues you mentioned, such as the shower heads and the leak in the loft closet, I’ve already notified our team so we can address them promptly. These are not the standards we aim to uphold. I’m also disappointed to hear about the difficulties with the TV and WiFi. While these systems can sometimes be affected by the building infrastructure or weather, we strive to respond quickly and help resolve such problems when notified. It’s great to know you appreciated the spacious layout, the beachfront access, and the amenities like the restaurant and bike/water sports rentals.
