Air-Conditioning This home does not have air conditioning. Box fans are provided for your comfort, and if additional cooling is needed, a portable AC unit can be rented from a local vendor for $399.

Pet Policy This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Certain breeds may not be permitted at the discretion of the property manager. Pets must not be left unattended. If a pet becomes a nuisance, including excessive barking, or poses a threat to other residents or guests, you may be required to remove the pet or your reservation may be canceled without refund. All potty accidents must be reported to the property manager immediately. Additional charges may apply to cover any repairs or damages caused by pets.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location was perfect, property was very clean ans had everything we needed. The property management company was great, check in was super easy. We didn't want to leave but we will definitely be back!

No coffee pot! No communication.
All good. Except I asked management what kind of coffee maker was in the house. They responded that it was a drip style. So we bought that type of coffee and filters. When we got to the house we discovered that it was a Keurig. No problem, we went back to the store and bought some pods. In the morning we discovered that it was missing parts and not functional. We let them know every morning and no response. They ghosted us for the remainder of the trip. So we walked 3 blocks to 7-11 every morning and got coffee. It was a bad way to start every morning. Very poor communication!

We understand how frustrating it must have been to go through that, especially after purchasing coffee and filters. We’re sorry for the inconvenience with the Keurig and the lack of response from our team. This is certainly not the experience we aim to provide, and we’ll be addressing this with the management team to improve communication in the future.
