Great stay

Had a great vacation. Our room was nice. Loved being right on the beach, but it gets packed quickly. Set up your beach chairs early, before 7am, to get a good spot on the beach.

Beautiful property within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The beach was beautiful and had plenty of room.

Bathrooms

We stayed in same unit in 2024 And reported the guest toilet refilled approx every 2 minutes And continued the same this year! Also the master toilet does the same but not as often

Lovely condo

Beautiful condo, comfy beds! We had a wonderful stay. Our only complaint is that the toilets need to be checked. The water in the tank runs intermittently throughout the day and night.

Summer 2025 beach bound!

Fantastic property, clean and easy check in process. Security was very visible which was a bonus addition. Suggestions would be to include pot holders, and an ice cream scoop. A fabulous stay, the views are perfection!

Perfect location!

We will definitely return, great views. Loved the ease of not having to use the elevator and utilizing the stairs instead. I would recommend adding pot holders and an ice cream scoop to this unit. :)

We loved staying here!!! We loved the close walk to the beach! We also enjoyed having restaurants within walking distance (especially donuts!). We rented a golf cart one day from the property and that easy and fun!! 2nd floor is the best bc the staircase was RIGHT there! Never took the elevator except check-in day! Only negative was SUPER minor…pot holders/oven mitts and a baking sheet would be helpful. There were soooo many bath towels which was awesome but only one kitchen towel! Also ZERO hangers! Again, very minor but also simple things that make life nice when on vacay!! We will stay in this condo again!!

A beautiful condo. Decorated beautifully and well stocked. The furniture was comfortable and clean. The property was very clean and nice. Staff very friendly.

Exceeded expectations!

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at One Seagrove Place! It was the perfect destination in all respects-weather,location, beauty of the beach and the stunning ocean. Just what we needed after a long northern winter. Condo was clean, cozy and relaxing with amazing views and a perfect location. Upon stepping onto the balcony, we immediately saw why it’s called the Emerald Coast and we’ll definitely make return visits in the future.

Oceanfront is the Key

We selected property for the beautiful oceanfront and balcony views and location. Second floor was convenient as well. Good washer and dryer. some of the negatives, stingy on necessities such as toilet paper, bed pillows, dish detergent, laundry pods. We needed to go out and buy a lot additional items. Noisy. We rented through an arbnb, but instead of a host, a management company.We made everything work and had a great time. Beach is lovely and people were nice.

We loved our time at Seagrove One Place

The new front lobby is very welcoming as well as the staff. We had a maintenance issue that was handled immediately, and they were willing to take my phone number and call me so I didn't miss any beach time. Everything was in working order and clean.

The unit was fabulous but unfortunately the balcony door made a whistle sound the entire time when closed and we constantly had to fight small sugar ants in the kitchen.

Nice decorations and views. These are the issues we found: Front door closes very fast, someone might get hurt. Kitchen very small and not enough kitchen supplies could use better knifes, more Tupperware for storage. Master Bathroom toilet needs to be looked at, it will make loud noises throughout the day and might. This house is perfect for people not planning on cooking, just my husband and I this time so we worked around it. Thank you, Cruz Family

Overall our stay was great. We were at the property from Sunday through Thursday in mid-September, which is a great time of year to visit. The property was as described, in a great location, quiet*, and comfortable, if not a bit small for 4 adults and a 2 year old. It's been very nicely updated. *A few things to note: the property as a whole is undergoing some renovations such as windows being replaced and what looked to be a major landscape overhaul. During the day we could hear quite a bit of noise from these projects, but the work was finished up by 5 each day so our evenings were undisturbed. There was an issue with the fire alarm on our last night, which amounted to a repeated announcement that the building was being evacuated due to fire, which wasn't the case, but it did present a challenge with getting the baby to sleep. The garbage can in the kitchen had a detached/broken lid (minor annoyance), there is only one kitchen towel provided, there were a few light bulbs that needed replacing, and the water pressure isn't great. But the bath linens are PLENTIFUL, which was appreciated. We stayed on the second floor, which made access to our vehicles and the beach very easy. Check-in and check-out process was easy and clearly communicated.

Excellent location!

This location on Seagrove Beach was just fantastic. Being on the second floor between the elevators and a stairwell was very convenient. The condo was just enough room for our 4 adults and 1 toddler. We brought our own pack and play and it was a tight fit in the master bedroom but we made it work. Loved the view from the living room and the master bedroom. Greatly appreciated the convenience of the full-sized washer/dryer. The beds/pillows were very comfy. Travelers should make sure to bring extra laundry supplies, toiletries and toilet paper. There is a trad coffee pot (not a Keurig) I would have appreciated that in the description so I could have been better prepared. Lots of restaurant options within walking or short driving distances. Only con was the cleaning could have been a lot better - the rugs and floors were borderline gross. I vacuumed (vacuum conveniently located in 2d bedroom closet) but they still looked brown and dirty, as did the slipcovers on the chairs. Some surfaces were dirty and dusty. I brought some cleaner so I just wiped them down myself. We chalked it up to being a beach place at the end of the season. Solid 8/10.

Property needs maintenance

Elevators were out almost every day. Sliding balcony door took 2 people to open. Beach service is a joke, every day we got different fees and if we didn’t go thru app the price is $80 for 2 chairs and an umbrella. Not enough towels in unit. Parking was for 1 car only, we had friends from out of state, where were they suppose to park? Toilet ran constantly, the list goes on.

Great location, mere steps to the beach!

The unit itself was very nice, great location. The beach is just steps away. The kitchen could have been better stocked with basics. We only found 1 dishcloth; and 4 spoons. The oven did not seem to work properly; would not preheat to set temperature so we were not really able to use it as planned. There was only one working elevator in the complex but luckily, we were on the second floor and could use the stairs. We had a small plumbing issue and called the afterhours line. No one ever got back with us and the issue went away. The master toilet would not flush properly but finally did. Overall, it was good for us just a few little nuisances. Everyone at the onsite office was very nice and helpful leading up to our arrival and while there. We would stay here again.
