THE SPACE:
Great home for families and groups of friends! This bright, fabulous house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeping 8. The entire house has been updated, and the main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Open floor plan provides ample seating for your entire group!

The main bedroom has one king bed. Bedroom #2 has a king bed. Bedroom #3 has two twin-over-twin bunks.

In each bedroom you'll find USB chargers on every bedside table, ample storage, fans, and plenty of coat hangers.

For your little ones, we have a high chair and a Pack 'n Play; and linens for the Pack ‘n Play.

Spring Training, downtown Phx, State Farm Stadium, Phx Open - it's all within 20-25 minutes of the home!

The house is located in famed North Central Phoenix, minutes from fabulous restaurants, bars, hiking, and shopping! So easy to go for a walk, run, or bike: one block one direction takes you to the famous Central Avenue Bridle Path; one block another direction gets you to the Arizona Canal Trail. Far too many restaurants to mention that are just minutes from the house. And high-end shopping is just minutes away at the renowned Biltmore Shopping Center. Rent bikes and jump on the Arizona Canal Trail that runs 39 miles throughout the Valley; access to the trail is just a block from the home! Hiking at popular Piestewa Peak is just a 5-minute drive from the house - you can see the mountain from the front yard of the home!

Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am. Out of respect for the neighbors & in compliance with City ordinances, no outdoor noise is permitted after 10:00pm - this is strictly enforced.

As mentioned in the House Rules, parties, gatherings, and unregistered guests are prohibited.

SECURITY CAMERAS
For your safety, exterior security cameras are installed at the front door, driveways, and at the side and rear gate entrances to the property.
