This is a four bedroom, two full bathroom pool home that is the perfect base for your Gulf Coast vacation.

Upon entering through the double doors you will know good times lays ahead.
To the right of the entrance is a 2nd Living Room that is equipped with sofas, coffee and end tables and provides a tranquil retreat from the rest of the home.
To the left of the entrance is the formal Ding area with modern table and chairs arranged to comfortably seat eight people. There is an entrance from the Dining Area that also leads straight into the well equipped kitchen.
The Kitchen features modern appliances including glass top range, dishwasher, above range microwave, French door refrigerator and disposal. There is plenty of counter space for the gourmet guest to feel at home. There is also a breakfast bar with stools for casual dining.
In front of the Kitchen is the large, comfortable Family Room. Relax in the large suede sofas and enjoy watching the 50" flat screen TV that is hooked up to cable and DVD player. The room has a large set of sliding glass doors that lead to the pool area.
Bedrooms are split plan,with the Master Bedroom on one side of the home with three more bedrooms on the other.
The Master Bedroom is light and bright and has a beach cottage design featuring light wood furniture and a king size bed. The Master Bedroom en-suite has a garden tub, walk in shower, his & her vanity sinks, private WC and huge walk in closet.
Bedroom 2 is equipped with a nice dresser and queen size bed. It is located adjacent to the 2nd Bathroom which is also accessible from the pool area.
Both the 3rd and 4th Bedrooms are arranged with twin beds and matching furniture.
There is a good size internal utility room with washer and dryer and also leads to the two car garage.
It's about to get better still. Florida living is being able to enjoy the outside and this home has one of the largest pool areas of all the homes in our inventory. A huge 30ft freeform pool and spa is the main feature and both can be heated (for additional cost of $120+tax per week) if required. Despite the large pool the caged area still has an abundance of space where sun worshippers will be in their element. A large covered lanai also provides respite if you need some shade. The pool faces west so there is opportunity to watch the sun go down across the lake view.
