Welcome to our stunning, new beach house in the center of all Cocoa Beach has to offer. It's just across the street from popular restaurants and one block to the beach.
You enter into a great room that seamlessly combines the kitchen, dining room, and living room under a vaulted ceiling. There's plenty of seating for relaxing or dining. Through the great room, french doors lead out to a spacious pool deck and backyard oasis. Enjoy a dip in the pool (seasonally heated - see below) or just relax with your friends and family.

Our brand new 3 bedroom, 2 bath home was recently constructed and designed to be the ultimate beach house. Located in historic downtown Cocoa Beach, Twin Palms Cottage is literally across the street from popular restaurants and 1 block from the beach. The highlights include:

- Large, well appointed kitchen with a huge island that can seat 4
- Dining room and table with seating for 6
- Great room, combining the kitchen, living and dining rooms with plenty of seating for up to 8 people
- New king beds and linens in each bedroom. New high-quality air mattress for additional guests.

- Level 2 (up to 40 A) EV charger
- Private backyard with seating and a heated pool
(pool heated to 85 deg F from November 15 to April 1 from 8 am to 5 pm)
- Shower/tub combo in one bathroom and shower in the other bathroom
- Beach gear (chairs, wagon) and beach towels are provided
- Hot/cold outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach
- Record player with a selection of albums
