Great last minute trip!

Rained Out in Destin

We had a great stay in our rental even though our week of vacation was rained out. The property was located in a great location and only a few steps from the beach. The property itself was clean and spacious for my family of 5.

All in all this was a great villa. Super close to the beach and in a great location. Loved the lake out the back/side doors. So fun to see the fish and turtles and there were beautiful sunsets for sure. It was great to have some extra beach supplies provided, like a float and a beach umbrella. The villa had all we needed for our family vacay, but the one disappointment was the size of the guest bedrooms. There was no closet in the one downstairs, & the stacked washer/dryers take up any extra space in the guest rooms. So we were very cozy. But, this is a great place for a small family beach vacay.

World Series Stay

Property is exactly as advertised. Cute and convenient. The beach access is so easy, even than large condos on the beach! Even tho we we were downstairs we could see the beach on occasions. The owner was wonderful, very helpful and accessible. Will definitely stay again, if we are back in the area!!

Amazing place and perfect location! Excellent condition and privacy for whole family unit.

The owners were spectacular to communicate with. They were clearly customer focused. Very timely, respectful, and appreciative. The place was decorated beautiful plenty of needed items for cooking, and other personal needs. Even extra sheets. Really a nice place. Would highly recommend because of the owners hospitality and communication, and of course how nice it was. Amazing location to the pathway for running and walking and direct access to the beach across the street. Very close to the pool also. Very nice to not have to find parking to go to the beach as that was quite busy. Also nice outside station at house to rinse sand off items and nice place to store items so they don’t have to be taken in.

Great location and separate living spaces for two families

We rented the top and bottom units for our families in October 2020. The separate living spaces were perfect! The kids could go visit their friends up and down the stairs. The location is perfect, it's a 2 minute walk to the beach. The views from the front and back decks are stunning. If it's too hot in the morning, go eat lunch on the back overlooking the lake in the shade! The overall space is tight for a family of 5, so if you don't mind being cozy together with your loved ones for your stay, then you're good. If you require more space, privacy, etc, this isn't the best unit for you. We have 3 kids (14,13,9), so the oldest slept on a blowup in the living room, the middle slept in the second bedroom, and the youngest slept in the master with us. It works for us, but may not work for everyone :)

Great Family Vacation!

We had a wonderful time staying at Laura's villa! We rented both the top and bottom for our family of 7. My four boys, ages 13-20 stayed in the bottom villa, and my husband, daughter, and I stayed in the top villa. Both villas were very clean and organized, and it had everything we needed for a great week! My boys loved fishing behind the villa every single day, and we loved the convenience of the beach being just a very short walk away. The pool is nearby too, so you have everything you need! We loved riding our bikes to eat at all of the delicious restaurants nearby. It was a perfect vacation, and we made so many incredible memories!

Our 2019 Destin vacation

This was the first time renting a property for our family vacation. We were a little nervous because we didn’t know what to expect. Everything changed once we got there. The location was just within walking distance to the beach. The rental property was very nice and cleaned. We were very happy with the rental and the location. I really recommend this rental.

Best place to stay

The condo was great. It was close to beach and pool. Was a very nice place to stay and would stay there again. Owners were great to work with and no problems at all with our stay.

Loved our stay

We absolutely loved our stay at this property and the location was perfect for our family! Close to the beach and also having the pool were excellent amenities! Check-in was a breeze! Only critique would be that one set-up to the bedroom was kind of a thorough fair walk way from top level to bottom level (but that is me just being picky). We would absolutely stay again at this property and we had a great time. Traveled with 5 adults and 4 children. We were a bit snug but all in all, Great property!

Perfect location!

Perfect location! We had an amazing week in Destin. The villa is so close to the beach - just a very short walk right across the street. We had 8 in our group and we were all very comfortable. The villas were very nice and clean. The owner, Laura, couldn't have been more nice and accommodating. It was such a relaxing vacation - we miss the beach views and the sand and the turtles in the lake! Can't wait to come back again.

Wonderful!

Our family had a great stay in the villa. The villa is in a great location. The beach is right there...so convenient! The villa was clean and fully stocked. The owner was AMAZING. She went above and beyond! We would definitely recommend this villa to family and friends.

Best Vacation!!

We loved every minute of our stay! The whole villa is very clean, and there was plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 young children (we rented it all!). The views are fantastic, and proximity to the beach is just as described. The pool is great too!! Everything was very well thought out by the owners. I especially loved all the hooks placed throughout the villa to hang towels and swimsuits on so they didn't end up on the floor. The lake is serene, and we enjoyed sitting on the back balcony at night listening to the frogs, and watching the turtles in the mornings. The surrounding area is relatively quiet, with less traffic than Hwy 98. But, it was nice to be so close to all the shopping and grocery stores too. Laura was very responsive from day one, and we even got to meet her! We will be back, no doubt!

3rd year in a row!

This has been our third time to stay at this lovely villa. The owners (who are delightful to work with) just painted the villa's exterior and the master bedroom which really updated the space. We love the balcony on the front where we spent many mornings sipping coffee and watching the dolphins swim by. My boys also love fishing in the lake behind us which also is a beautiful view. The master bedroom is delightful, It has its own half bath, king size bed and a tv what else could you ask for! The beach is just across the way and is easy to get to and if I may say the most beautiful beach we have ever seen! The villa is in a great location close to wonderful places to eat. The pool is also an easy walk from the villa, my boys liked to take a quick dip in after a day at the beach! We enjoyed snuba diving, deep sea fishing, shopping, go carts, relaxing on the beach and yoga on the beach. This villa is the perfect space. We will continue to come back for years to come.

Girl's Weekend Get~A~Way

We had the entire villa (Both upstairs and downstairs) and had a wonderful time. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked, bathrooms are spacious, plenty of space to spread out and enjoy this perfect beach vacation spot! The beach access is easy and the pool a very short easy walk. Because this is a corner unit, you have very easy access to the parking lot and not noisy neighbors. The view of the beach from both balconies/porches are beautiful for watching sunsets and the back of the villa overlooking the lake offers beautiful sunrises. The villa is close to incredible restaurants and a short distance to outlet and Destin Commons shopping. THe perfect location for families seeking beach vacations and for girls get a ways!

Amazing Property!

Such a wonderful rental property! The ocean view is magnificent - just across the way. Loved sitting on the balcony and watching and listening to the surf. The rooms were very inviting and home-like. Kitchen was fully stocked. The beds were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this rental to friends!

Wonderful place!

We had a great time in Destin and at the villa. We rented both floors of the villa for 2 families of 5 and it was great. The location, the view and the accommodations were perfect for us. The beach was just across the street and the pool was a very short walk. We loved just watching people and the ocean from the balcony. The villa was stocked with anything and everything that we needed. We can't wait to come back again! On a side note, don't try to cross the Mid-bay bridge on a Saturday evening. It took us over 1 1/2 hours to get 5 miles waiting to go through the toll.

Memories that last a lifetime!

We chose the Villa for our stay for a later in life "destination wedding". We brought our teenage and adult children and two granddaughters and had a intimate wedding on the beach. The location of the Villa is perfect. Our wedding party walked across the street and the Pastor and photographer were waiting for us! We rented the entire Villa. The views are incredible. The Villa is beautiful, has everything you need to enjoy a day on the beach, fish in the lake or prepare a delicious meal for a family of 12. There are many things to do nearby, but you don't have to spend money to be entertained. We brought games and played some of the games furnished at the villa! We made long lasting memories and will always remember this vacation. We plan to return to the Villa!

We have such great views from our villa. So many of our guests that have stayed multiple times in the villas say this is their favorite. ("It's the little things that count...") Over 60% of our renters are repeat renters! See ALL our reviews from over the years.
Destin has SO MUCH to do! The beaches are incredible - pure white sand and the Gulf is clear and beautiful! We love to walk to restaurants close by. There is a 10 foot walking, running, biking path that runs along the Scenic Hwy 98 for over 6 miles. You can ride to the Henderson Beach State Park or the Outlet Mall!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

One point of contact - the OWNERS! Views and location are unbeatable. We LOVE to sit out on the front porch and relax. There is always something to see: a dolphin, a beautiful boat passing by or visitors walking/biking down Scenic Hwy 98 ten foot sidewalks. It is not a busy area and very laid back. No high rises, less crowds.
