Our community is not totally opposed to short term guests, but this could easily change should our neighbors complain. We don`t like rules - so we`ll try to keep them short and sweet....
1. Check in: 3:00PM Check Out: 11:00AM 2. We do not allow pets or smoking on the property (If you must smoke, please step away from the property doorways to ensure the smoke scent does not enter the home). 3. Only toilet tissue paper should be flushed in the toilets. Absolutely no feminine products or non-TP items. 4. The garbage disposal works fine but know that large quantities of pasta, vegetables, etc. can back it up. So please be gentle with it. 5. Please treat the place with kindness and care as if it was your own (or better than you own) 6. Any noise complaints from my neighbors will incur a $150 fine to my guests. Please bring all outdoor activities inside by 10:00 PM. 7. Please strip all beds you have slept in and leave the linens on top of the bed. 9. Please place all dirty towels in front of the washer 10. If you haven`t cleaned the dishes already, please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start a washing cycle prior to leaving. 11. Absolutely no food or drinks in the bedrooms 12. Florida bugs are very annoying and since we are located near trees, they can be a bit intrusive so please keep the door closed at all times when not entering and exiting the property 13. We prefer guests to remove their shoes when entering the home. We have straw basket next to the door to keep your shoes upon entering and exiting 14. The maximum number of guests is limited to 10 people 15. Guests should dispose of the garbage in the trashcan 16. Do not use the premises for any illegal activity

Quiet Neighborhood Beach House
House was brand new and had zero issues. Perfect stay for a group of friends or family looking for a beautiful but affordable beach house. House stays very cold and comes with a shower outside to rinse off any sand from the beach. Back patio wasn’t furnished but was to be expected considering how new the house was, beach isn’t exactly walkable, but only a 5-10 drive depending on traffic. Overall, the house was nothing but perfect, from great communication and freedom from the host to the friendly and quiet neighborhood that didn’t keep us up at night.
