Tucked into the heart of Seagrove lies our beautiful Coastal Cottage at Seagrove Beach home, offering resort accommodations for up to 14 guests in 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.



This brand new (2022) home offers the best of the Gulf Coast! Hang out by your private, heated (on request) pool, or take a quick stroll down the road to one of the most stunning beach access points on 30A. Take one of the provide bikes or golf cart to the beach or enjoy the included standup paddle board to have some fun in the sun on Eastern Lake! With beautiful Lake Views, and actually so close to the beach that you can hear the surf from one both of the balcony and porches, this custom-built and tastefully decorated home offers 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bath.



The Master King Suite on the first floor is perfect for those who have trouble with stairs! Complete with a King Bed, private bathroom with stunning walk-in shower and soaking tub, as well as double vanity sinks.  Don't forget the office with desk and printer, perfect for the workaholic who just has to get stuff done on vacation!  This room also has a private, covered patio with plenty of seating and views of the Eastern Lake!



The second floor holds another King Master Suite, with yet another beautiful en-suite with walk-in shower, soaking tub and double vanities.  Smart TV's in every bedroom means no fighting over the remote on this trip!  Upstairs, you'll also find the Junior Master King Suite (with private bathroom with walk-in shower), this bedroom also contains a Queen-size Murphy bed, in case your party needs the extra bed-space. Finally, the Bunk Room, with custom-built Twin-over-Twin bunk beds (the perfect place for the kid's to hang out) shares a bathroom with the final King Guest Room.



The dining room table holds seating for ten, with an additional six seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is a cook’s dream! Its premium stainless steel appliances perfectly accent the stunning White Quartz Marble countertops and large, open gas range. Plenty of cookware and a spacious pantry makes meal time easy, and the built-in ice maker makes filling coolers a snap.
