The best place to stay in Sanibel but pool rules stink.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sanibel Moorings is the Best place to stay in Sanibel. There’s so much to do on the island and this place doesn’t hold back. There are wonderful gardens everywhere with name plaques that show all of the beautiful horticulture. No matter where you are in the facility you are super close to a pool and the beach. The only downside is the pool rules. Understandably it’s a condominium and you don’t want a lot of rambunctious behavior but the lack of being able to have drinks at the pool really does stink. The bathing load for the pool is also very low so it’s kind of like if you don’t get to the pool early you might as well just go to the beach.

The unit was aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. We loved everything about it! I would definitely come back to Sanibel Moorings and would ask for this unit time and time again.

Unit 1641 Dockview

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had stayed at Sanibel Moorings with lots of friends and family for over 10 years. We had been gone for 6 years trying new places and then covid hit. Sanibel Moorings has the best of both worlds for boating and beach. This unit was beautiful and had a great view of the docks. Our son now has a daughter and this is the perfect place to vacation with them due to all of the amenities of the Island. We will be back!

Absolutely Beautiful

Exactly as pictured in the description. Wonderfully decorated and very relaxing. SUPER CLEAN. Truly a tropical paradise and appreciated additional support and amenities from resort such as the towels. Great view of the canal. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Vacation

This was such an easy property to navigate with kids. Pools and beach were easily walkable for our 3 year old. Decor was beautiful in the unit and was stocked with pretty much everything. Beach towels to rent for $5 if you decide it’s not worth packing them. Property manager checked in a few times, although we had no issues to report. There wasn’t a bathtub which we knew from the photos but the kids were fine being quickly rinsed off each night in the showers. A relaxing, great time. Will be back.

Wonderful property

Wonderful property for a sisters get away. The beach was great. Master bed was a little hard but that was our only complaint. We loved it!!

Just beautiful here. Updated condo, spacious and clean. Beautiful plant life all around the complex-- so interesting! Nice pool although with the perfect weather, my daughters and I lived on the beach. Love that they set chairs and umbrellas on the beach each morning! Kitchen had everything we needed; beds were comfy, LOVED the screened-in porch! Enjoyed staying on the waterway at the back of the property-- felt like we had the best of both worlds. The property is very well-managed. They have thought of everything-- large carts to unload with, laundry baskets in each room... simple things, but they thought of everything. Lovely place that I hope to return to!

Beautifully appointed

Outstanding, comfortable, steps from dock for an evening cocktail. And the best part was it was as clean as the photos showed. Fully stocked kitchen.

Fantastic condo

Rented this condo for myself and three friends for a low key beach getaway. The condo was spotless and beautifully updated. Easy walk of less than 5 min to get to the beach. Designated parking spot which was nice. Only thing I would add would be beach towels in the condo, but I would still rent again and stay at this same place with or without beach towels. The property manager texted a few times throughout our trip to make sure we had everything we needed. Great communication, highly recommend!

Wonderful getaway

We stayed a week here and it was wonderful even though the weather wasn’t the best but we still were able to make the most of it. The condo was absolutely wonderful! Very clean and updated! Made for a very cozy stay! We were walking distance to the beach and pools. It was all around a great experience. We will definitely be back soon!!
