Our Newly Updated Loggerhead Cay Condo with All New living room and All New Master bed room furniture. There is High Speed WiFi Internet in our unit. We have Great Views of the Gulf Beach and the heated Swimming Pool below. The Spacious Living RM has a 26 ft. Mirrored Wall providing excellent views from 60% of the condo Featuring a fully-equipped kitchen, Jacuzzi tub in the Master bath, Spacious living room, dining room, Screened patio and New Full size Front load washer/dyer.

The bedding is a King in the Master with a HDTV, 2 Twins in the Guest with TV/DVD and a Sleeping sofa in the living room. The Guest Bedroom has been completely remodeled. There is a New HD 32 in. TV with a DVD and VHS Player. New upgrades include new kitchen and Free for Guests 4 High Quality Bicycles. The adult bikes were New in 2014. The Unique features of our unit is the Glass Sliders on both the Inside and out side of the Lanai. You can have AC in the Lanai. The Living room East wall is completely mirrored. The mirrored walls provides added Brightness to the condo.

Sanibel Island is a Tropical Paradise with endless things to see and do for all ages. There is about 30 miles of Biking, Walking and in-line Skating trails. Enjoy the Lush foliage, Flowers, and Sandy Shell Strewn Beach. You can Walk to close by Shopping and Restaurants. There are 2 18 hole Public Golf courses on the island.

Our Unit at Loggerhead Cay is Professionally Managed and there is always someone available to meet your needs. The units are inspected annually to ensure that they are maintained and ensure our standards of cleanliness. Loggerhead Cay is about .3 miles from the Causeway to Fort Myers, providing easy access on and off the island. Recent Upgrades include New Living room Furniture and Blinds and the completely New Kitchen and the All new Guest Bedroom. We also now have a New Front Load Washer and Dryer in our unit. We have24 Excellent Quality bicycles. The adult bikes are Excellent Bikes by Trek. There are also 2 Tennis Rackets and Pickle Ball set in our condo along with a lot of Beach items. Call owners for detailed information. All windows and outside sliders were replaced with New Impact Glass.

This location was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for more pleasant weather. Our view from the lanai was beautiful. The beds were super comfortable. We loved this vacation rental even though there were some maintenance issues that I did let Jim, the owner, know.

Sanibel at its best

We have stayed at Loggerhead Cay before but a different unit. We enjoyed renting from the Ways. Jim called us when we were there and was easy to reach.Lovely apartment. Easy check in and great location.Will definitely book again next year.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. Beach and pool access are great. Condo is fully equipped. Bed was comfortable. Restaurants are absolutely delish. Doc Fords Shrimp and Grits and Gramma Dots grouper were excellent. Overall a great stay!

We had a great time at your place. My husband’s family have been vacationing in Sanibel since 1990. In 2005, my husband and I stayed one building down from yours with my in laws, in a unit that was owned by a friend of the family. Loggerhead Cay, and Sanibel in general is a nice, clean, quiet place. The people are very friendly. Thank you for your hospitality. It was a pleasure.

Fun in the sun

Girls trip!! Loved the cleanliness of the condo and the property. Just a short walk to beach and a beautiful view from the lanai. Would highly recommend staying at Loggerhead Cay

Great condo and location

We enjoyed our stay one of the few places fully open right now on Sanibel. Loved the ocean view and the comforts of the condo. Beach easily accessible and nice sized pool. Great host and communication. Thank you!

Great vacation location

We had everything we needed in our condo for a great stay! A beautiful view from our lanai, beach chairs, umbrella and towels. Just a short walk to the beach. The bed was comfortable, the condo was clean.Jim was a great host, very easy to communicate with. We can’t wait to go back!

Visiting our paradise!

Love Sanibel! Just here to enjoy the beaches and to help the restaurants, shops, and artists….which we did! Jim was amazing to work with as we had to deal with the recent hurricane(s) damage and check availability. I recommend Jim and his condo 100%.

Sorry, we didn't use the pool. We spend most of our time shelling. It looked large, clean, and several guests seemed to enjoy it. The condo was very clean and neat. Paper product supplies were really appreciated. We ate at 2 restaurants, and also purchased seafood at Timbers Fish Market. Timbers has high quality seafood. We grocery shopped at Publix and at Jerry's on Sanibel. We were glad to use the "kitty litter" scoop provided by Mr. Way. They are always too big to pack. The weather was fabulous and there was enough breeze to prevent noseeums.

Highly recommend

Our family had a wonderful time and were very pleased with this property. It overlooks the pool and has views of the Gulf from the room. The rooms are very spacious and well maintained, easy access to the beach and lots of great pool and beach accessories included with the condo. The owner was very attentive and ensured all our needs were met. We would certainly stay here again and highly recommend it.

What a view !

We had a wonderful time at your place ! The view was gorgeous, your unit was lovely and the pool and beach were divine ! We created so many happy family memories that will last a life time. We highly recommend your place for a fun, peaceful vacation for families or a romantic get away !

Loggerhead Cay

We enjoyed our week at Sanibel so much. Our condo was very nice and well-equipped. We were just steps from the wonderful pool and a short walk to the beach. The shelling was great. All the restaurants at Sanibel were wonderful. We will be back!

Wonderful

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was lovely and Jim could not have been more helpful. We used the lanai/porch so much. It was accessible for my elderly parents with the elevator and nice paths on the property.

Beautiful Sanibel Lodging!

The property was clean and comfortable with beautiful gulf views. Jim was a delightful host. I really appreciated the beach gear and bikes and the ability to use a code rather than having to keep up with keys. Will definitely choose Jim again!

July 4-7 vacation

Our stay was okay

Everything was as advertised. Nice place. The owners were very helpful. The bikes were a nice touch. The wifi is very weak making watching Netflix very difficult. We enjoyed our stay.

We are Jim and Jean Way from Chanhassen Minnesota. We own and operate a Rental Equipment and Special Events business. We are able to travel in the Winter months because our business slows down in the cold Minnesota Winters. We have a son and daughter that work with us in our business. We have 5 grand children.

We vacationed in Florida probably 10 years before we decided to look at buying vacation property. We choose Sanibel Island because it was our favorite vacation location. We purchase a Loggerhead Cay condo because it is a Great complex with a Great location. A beach condo complex and very close to the Sanibel Cause-way.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Our condo is a very bright condo with with about 60 feet of floor to ceiling mirrors. The condo has Spectacular views of the beach and green way. We very much like to walk the beach and view the Sun Sets in the evenings. We also enjoy the bike paths and we will normally bike to a restaurant a couple times a week.
