Tropical vacation home close to Vanderbilt Beach

A bright and spacious vacation home, ideal for families, couples, friends or even a business visit. Located in north Naples Park, Vanderbilt beach and the beautiful Delanor Wiggins State Park are less than 10 minutes away by bike. It is also close to Mercato, where you’ll find excellent restaurants, bars and shopping. The home is complete with linens, towels, kitchen equipment, a laundry room and beach gear.

This vacation home has a calm and comfortable feel throughout. As you enter the house there is a large open den space, perfect for relaxing with a book. The oversized third bedroom has two full-size beds and closet space. Farther down the hall, the well-equipped kitchen opens up to the living and dining areas, perfect for entertaining.

The living area has a huge comfortable sofa which is great for movie nights, or simply relaxing after a day at the beach. Large sliding doors lead out to the screened porch area, also great for lounging, with access to the back yard and the lush tropical vegetation.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, a large walk in closet and also an en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. The first guest room has a queen-size bed and ample closet space. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination and can be accessed from the second bedroom , as well as the hallway.

For those Florida beach days, there is a supply of beach towels, a beach bag, beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a cooler for your use.

The laundry room has a washer and dryer and the 2-car garage and the driveway are available for parking. We also have 2 adult bikes and 2 small kids bikes that you are welcome to use.

Guests have access to the entire house, including the garage for parking.

We manage this beautiful vacation home for the owners and are available by phone or text anytime during your stay. There will also be a comprehensive house manual at the property.

We are located in the north part of the quiet residential neighborhood of Naples Park, within walking or biking distance to one of the best beaches in Naples, Vanderbilt Beach. We are less than a mile from the nearest beach access at Bluebill and 1.6 miles from the beautiful Delanor-Wiggins State Park. Both are less than 10 minutes by bike. We are a 6-minute drive from Mercato, home to Whole Foods Market, Nordstrom Rack and Silverspot Cinema, a 12-screen premier-style theater. You will also find 12 notable restaurants, over 20 upscale retailers at Mercato and there is a vibrant year-round event calendar with most events free and open to the public.

Pavilion Plaza is also a 6-minute drive, on the corner of Vanderbilt Beach Drive and US41. There are numerous restaurants located there, as well as a gym and bike rentals available from Naples Cyclery. The Trattoria Abruzzo in the Pavilion is fabulous for Italian food.

Supermarkets, including Trader Joes are close by, the Waterside shopping area is around an 10-minute drive and you can be in 5th Avenue, Downtown Naples in 20 minutes.

Naples Park is a great area to bike around, especially if you are heading for the beach. Parking can be limited and the nearest beach access to us has parking quite a distance from the beach. We have 3 adult bikes and 2 small kids bikes, which you are welcome to use (we just ask that you lock them with the locks provided when parking them.

There is very easy driving access to both US41 and I75 for RSW airport, Fort Myers and Sanibel to the north and Old Naples and Marco Island to the south.

There is also good UBER and LYFT services for those nights out, or if you are without a car.

The yard is not fenced if you are considering bringing your pooch
- Minimum booking age is 25
- Check-in is any time after 4PM
- Self check-in with keypad
- Please leave your shoes in the entrance. Only sandy toes inside.
- Check out is by 10AM
- Please make sure and take the trash out before you leave (the recycle can has the yellow lid), place all dishes in the dishwasher prior to leaving and return the AC setting to 78 degrees. Thank you!
- We will consider hosting the furry member of the family (dogs only - sorry, no cats), as we know difficult it can be to leave them behind! But we do restrict to only one dog per booking and request dogs 40lbs or under. Please contact us first if you would like to include your dog. There is a non-refundable $40 pet fee to cover any potential extra cleaning. Please also be aware that the yard is NOT fenced and they must be on leash at all times, Thank you for your understanding.
