This snowbird-friendly condo offers unparalleled views from an extensive balcony overlooking the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Wind down in the welcoming, air-conditioned living room after a refreshing splash in the pool and watch a fun show, movie, or sports game on the TV with cable. The kitchen is fully equipped and is perfect for meals without having to leave your beachfront paradise.

Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and TVs for added convenience and privacy. The primary suite also enjoys access to the balcony, magnificent beach views, and an en suite bathroom with a shower and a soaking tub.

Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
There is an amenity fee per person (5 years old and up) of $10 plus tax paid to the HOA directly on the property at the time of your arrival and check-in to register with the HOA. Also, note that beach towels are not provided.This condo has a maximum occupancy, including children. These are rules set by the State of Florida and the State of Florida Fire Codes. The Fire Codes go by square footage and not the beds in a unit. If you arrive with more than the max occupancy listed, the HOA will not allow you to check-in and you will not be entitled to a refund.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
