Great place to stay. Pool was great. Loved how every bedroom had its own bathroom. Pelican beach is within walking distance. Easy to get to other destinations if you have a rental vehicle.

Awesome Villa - Will Definitely Book Again!

Booked this property after seeing the photos and emailing with Adeline, the property manager, who was extremely helpful. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was, and exactly what we were hoping for. The villa has been recently updated, and everything feels new. The beds are so comfy. The pool area is awesome for a dip after the beach, and the area around it is lovely place to relax and read. The bikes we used a lot to ride to the marina market and the beaches. Leeward is a very quiet and safe area (the island is safe in general too) and it's nice to be a bit removed from the hustle of Grace Bay. But it's so close by, it's easy to get to if you want. We made some great memories here, and will be booking this house again! Thank you.

Stressful and infested

The unit has 3 bedrooms. Two are a short hall away from the kitchen. They both have stand up showers that are spacious. The master has a tight, step-up bathroom. Not handicap accessible and not good for "larger" people. Cable and streaming in every room. Wifi excellent. Problem was, it was infested with ROACHES. In the drawers, on the counters, crawled up a leg, in the bed,floating in the pool, running across the floor. There was also some type of black worm that would crawl across the stove and kitchen floor as well as the large spider in our bed. The host had the home sprayed towards the end of our stay, and they came running from under the home onto the enclosed sunporch. I could not find an open unit anywhere on the island that week and cried miserably.. This was NOT worth the cost. I had to wash and dry everything, steam my luggage, spray the car and pack EVERYTHING the day before to prevent bringing anything home with me. Way too much work and NOT a good vacation choice. VRBO also did not help out while we were stuck there. They sent a few emails and basically left us to figure it out, without phone service in a foreign country. The host is very polite, if that helps any.

Hi Sherry Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent stay. I am deeply sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your vacation on the island. Your experience does not reflect the high standards we strive to maintain, and I apologize. Regarding the pest issues, I regret that this occurred during your stay. As soon as the situation was brought to my attention, I took immediate steps to address it twice by wiping down the areas you mention muskrat and by arranging for professional pest control services. I also mentioned we had a guest 2 weeks prior your stay that didn’t mentioned any pest issues with me and one day after your check out we deep cleaned and had another guest check in who stayed for 5 days left without any issues as well. We saw the broken microwave plate that was left when you check out my team and I will replaced it. It is never our intention for guests to feel anything less than relaxed and cared for during their stay. I will be taking further measures to ensure that these issues are fully resolved and do not occur again in the future. While I am grateful you found my communication helpful, I deeply regret that your vacation did not meet your expectations Again, I appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to improve.
