The house's unique single-level design showcases a sunken living area and a distinct dining space with vaulted ceilings, skylights, and direct access to the private pool. Adjacent to the dining area is a convenient laundry room.
One master bedroom, isolated from the other three, features a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The remaining three bedrooms are situated across the house; one boasts a king-size bed with an attached full bathroom, and French doors open to the pool deck and water feature. The other two bedrooms—one with twin beds and the other with a queen bed and a bunk bed share a bathroom. Additionally, there's a bunk room tailored for children up to 63 inches tall.
The property's fenced yard includes a sizable, heated pool (heat available for an additional fee), an outdoor dining section, a lounge area, and a grill, complemented by a private shower in the pool vicinity. The spacious screened porch provides for an additional dining or recreation area.
