Large 7 bdrm, 4.5 bath immaculate and spacious home just 100 yards to Scarborough State beach. Breathtaking ocean views, gorgeous sunrises, close to many popular restaurants, Galilee, Block Island ferry, nature walks, Pt. Judith Lighthouse, Camp Cronin and Fisherman's Memorial. This location is a great area to go biking, walking, roller blading and surfing.

Linens and towels included, as well as 2 sets of large capacity washer/dryers. Central air on 2 zones, very spacious rooms tastefully decorated as well as all of the bathrooms custom tiled and designed. Hardwoods throughout, very comfortable beds include 2 Kings, 5 Queens, 2 bunk beds (4 twins), and a Queen pull out couch in the lower level. We also supply two queen aero mattresses as well as 6 twin aero mattresses for extra sleeping. Everything in the beautiful, luxurious house is brand new, including the stainless appliances, with a gas stove. The kitchen, dining and living room are all open to each other with many windows and sliders allowing for natural light and ocean views of Scarborough State beach and the ocean.

The lower level consists of a spacious family room with a big flat screen TV, comfortable seating, full bath, 2 large bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a bunk bed. The second level includes Kitchen, Dining, Living area with a big wrap-a-round deck on the ocean side allowing for outdoor seating and grilling. Also on this level is the laundry room with 2 sets of large capacity front loaders, a 1/2 bath off the kitchen, and an en-suite bedroom with queen bed. The third level has 4 bedrooms including a master en-suite on the ocean side with a King bed, two more bedrooms on the ocean side, one with a Queen the other a King, and another bedroom on the back side with a Queen. Two full baths on this level, one in the master suite and the other in the hallway near the other 3 bedrooms.

We provide many items conveniently so you can travel with less and enjoy your beach vacation, family reunion and fun times at the beach! The kitchen is stocked with all of your cooking needs including 2 huge lobster pots. We have a Keurig and a 12 Cup Coffee maker, waffle iron, griddle, crock pot, etc.. We supply beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, coolers, boogie boards and beach toys. We have an enclosed outdoor hot water shower as well.
