Oceanfront Living Family Friendly

Step out your back door and walk the beautiful Atlantic beach. Or relax by the oceanfront pool. Enjoy the ocean view from the hot tub off the Master deck. Or simply relax on any of the 5 oceanfront decks and watch the dolphins play.

In the evening have your glass of wine on the bay side deck watching the sun set. At night, play a game of pool. Watch movies on the 50" flat screen TV. There are 7 bedrooms and a loft and 4 full baths.

The first floor bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. There is a private full bath on this floor. Washer and Dryer in the utility room

The second floor is reached by a spiral staircase to the 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, the bayside bedroom has 2 full beds and the ocean front has 1 queen bed. The bath is between the two bedrooms in a private hall.

The master bedroom also on the 2nd floor has a king bed with a small sitting area including a sofa and a mini frig. The master has a large bathroom with a 2 person open shower and 2 sinks with separate water closet. There are two decks off the master bedroom one holds the hot tub. Both decks are covered. (Hot tub can be reached from the Oceanside also)

The third floor is reached by a regular staircase and has the additional 2 bedrooms (one with a king and the other with a queen) with the main bath between them. There is also an ocean front living room, 2 separate dining areas, a large bar, kitchen and pool table room. There is a wine frig/drink cooler at the bar. In the pool table area there is an original soda/beer cooler. There is another bedroom below the pool table room with 2 trundle beds and 1 separate twin bed. A great place for the kids!

The deck off the dining area has a large table and chairs for outdoor dining. The deck off the kitchen is bayside for great sunsets and a seating area to enjoy your glass of wine.

All bedrooms have TV's There is a DVD player, stereo, large flat screen TV, gas grill, (propane is not provided but tank is available to fill) outside open shower, free standing ice maker and wireless internet (bring your laptop!)

The pool is available April 1 to October 1 and the hot tub is available all year.
