Come relax in this lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom COMPLETELY RENOVATED condo with ocean views! Featuring all new bathrooms, kitchen, lighting, and appliances this is a beautiful place to come relax. Every detail has been thought of to ensure you have everything you need for your high end beach vacation. Located high within Cowpet Bay West you get unobstructed views of Christmas cove and Greater St. James - not to mention the ocean breeze. With beach access minutes away, the pool, hot tub, water sports rentals, and two restaurants; you don't even need to leave the area!



If you choose to rent a vehicle for island exploring, you will have access to a dedicated parking spot. This cozy condo has everything you need to make your stay comfortable with all of the basics including wifi, AC, washer/dryer, satellite TVs, beach toys, towels, and toiletries.



This property is located in the desirable East End which means you are next to the Ritz and close to Red Hook which has numerous restaurants, shops, nightlife, marinas, grocery stores, and the St. John ferry.

Stunning Renovation with Breathtaking ViewsThis home exceeded every expectation. It’s clear the property has been recently renovated — everything was in pristine, top condition, and the quality shows in every detail.The views out to Cowpet Bay are absolutely breathtaking and completely unobstructed. We spent a lot of time just taking it all in. What really impressed us was how accurately the listing photos represent the space — no surprises, just a beautiful home exactly as advertised.The kitchen is a standout: well-equipped with new appliances and everything you’d need for a full meal. The location near Red Hook is ideal — convenient to restaurants, shopping, and the ferry without feeling in the middle of the action.And perhaps most importantly to me: the beds were genuinely comfortable. A great night’s sleep makes or breaks a vacation rental, and this one delivered.Highly recommend this property without hesitation. We’ll be back.

Relaxing Stay

We came here with our siblings and their spouses. We had a super relaxing stay. Everything in the condo was as pictured in the ad. Very clean and roomy for 3 couple. Access to the beach and pool was great. Thank you!

Fantastic Space for Couples Trip

Everything with the space fit what we needed - 3 couples. We had plenty of space and the condo was equipped with everything we needed to cook light breakfasts and go to the beach without needing to rent anything from vendors. Jody was great with communications as well. Loved this place and the island.

Great and relaxing unwind after a week of sailing!

We picked this place to stay at after a week long BVI sailing trip and it was exactly what we needed. The place was large, well decorated and had an amazing view. They had all the amenities you would need to cook if needed and even had most of the small things you wouldn’t even think about. The property was very well kept and the beach was great. We ate at the fish market for brunch and dinner and it was great. The pool was nice if you looking to chill and we ate at the bistro for lunch one of the days and it was ok. I would stay here again if we ever come back to this area.

Beautiful home, great kitchen, it was a perfect fit for our occasion. The Host was very responsive, providing updates and suggestions from time of booking til check-in. Check-in was seamless, the property was very well stocked with the basic necessities. Location was great as far as proximity to where we wanted to go. The best part of all . . . the VIEW . . . it is A M A Z I N G and the patio was nicely furnished, we really enjoyed sitting out there in the morning to start our day as well as a great way to relax at the end of our day.

Perfect for Tres Amigos (3 couples)

Great layout for three couples each with our own bathroom. Nice outdoor area looking out at the water. We appreciated a beach to walk to as well as a pool and restaurant on site. Hot tub was popular, so didn't get to use it. Great location to get to the car ferry and Megans Bay wasn't too far. We will be back!back!back.anrestonsite.

An Island Gem

This condo is everything it says it is. It is a beautifully remodeled unit that has been updated with lovely serene decor. Probably one of the best stocked kitchens I ever encounter for a VRBO property. We shared this unit with two other couples and had a hard time deciding which bedroom was the master because all the bedrooms are master suite quality. This condo is a distance from downtown and requires a car if you want to go off property for sightseeing or groceries. We were only there for two days, so it didn't impact us but had we stayed longer you need a car. Highly recommend this place for a get away from the hustle and bustle of St. Thomas!

Incredible Newly Renovated Condo – Seas the MomentWe stayed at Seas the Moment for two nights during our kids’ spring break, after spending six nights in a house rental on St. John. I was initially worried about downsizing from a house to a condo, but we were beyond impressed! The owners have thought of everything, and the condo is beautifully updated with stunning views.At first, the exterior of the building wasn’t overly fancy, but as soon as we walked into the condo, we knew we had made the right choice. They provided towels, a jug of water, a bottle of champagne, and even essentials like bug spray, sunscreen, paper towels, and great-smelling soaps—thoughtful touches that made our stay extra comfortable.Our group of two families with three kids (ages 7, 11, and 13) loved the setup, especially the cozy window nook bed. The location was great—close to the ferry, with a bit of a drive to the airport, but we were happy with the location. The property itself had great amenities, including a pool, hot tub, pool bar and cornhole! We dined at the on-site upscale restaurant () one night and ordered takeout from the other restaurant the next.The hosts were excellent communicators and even provided a bucket of water at the door to rinse off sandy feet—a small but thoughtful detail. We’re so glad we booked Seas the Moment for our time in St. Thomas!Thank you Sunny Days Team

Just checked out - great place! Perfect for two couples and three teens. The view and beach area are beautiful. Many steps to the pool and ocean but being high up was really nice. Kitchen supplies and appliances were top notch. Wonderful experience!
