MAIN LIVING SPACE: Enjoy downtime, meals, and together time in this large gathering space, which combines family room, dining area, and kitchen. Relax as you watch the 65-inch, Smart TV and visit with those working nearby in the lovely kitchen. It features stainless appliances, a five-burner gas cooktop with double ovens, and an Advantium convection oven/microwave, in addition to the large pantry. A utility room with additional full-size refrigerator adds convenience. The nine-foot kitchen island seats 12, while the large, dining table seats 12. The space also has an adjacent wet bar with beverage refrigerator and a powder room. A covered front deck offers dining for six, with an additional area for two.

Downstairs, a wonderful lounge area/den with a 50-inch TV, and another wet bar with beverage refrigerator makes a great alternative gathering space.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: On the first floor, choose among two king bedrooms with private baths, colorful furniture, and beautiful bedding. IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.

Suits us is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Suits Us the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
