Great house - perfect for a family vacation. We rented a golf cart but you could definitely get to and from the beach easily without one. Close to great restaurants and shopping. Loved the charm of the house and all the older details. Would definitely stay here again

Cottage vacation

Rating Details: The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have used Royal Destination several times with no problem. But this property was not well maintained. They were in need of pest control service. There were bugs in the interior of the house including dishwasher and ants on the kitchen counters. One bathroom was not clean when we arrived floor dirty and shower was not clean.

Best Memorial Day Weekend

This property is amazing. So precious, quaint and clean. It’s literally a 3 minute, flat walk to the public beach access. The pool deck and outdoor kitchen is fabulous and seems new. I’m in love with Blue Mountain beach now. I will for sure stay at this property again!!!

So close to the beach, walking distance to both redfish taco and Blue Mountain Creamery. The house itself is well stocked. The layout, location, and pool is perfect for a family. We will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful and Quaint

The Perfect Beach Cottage

It was so close to the beach. Plus short walk to restaurants, ice cream shop, and bakery. The outside pool area was amazing. The kids loved to come back after the beach to swim. The grilling area was amazing—grill, ice maker, fridge and sink plus bathroom. We had the best nights swimming and grilling after the beach. The house was so comfortable to wind down. Loved everything about this property!!

Wonderful stay!

The kitchen inside and outside are fully stocked and have everything you need to cook. The beds are very comfortable and the house is spotless. Beautiful property, close to beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at The Cottage. The property is beautiful and newly renovated with everything we needed. We bought small beach chairs and an umbrella and used the Gulf Point beach access without any issues. Royal Destinations does a great job communicating and responding to any requests, recommendations or needs before and during our stay. We would definitely recommend this property to friends. Everything about the property and location was great.

Cottage Comfort

The pool area with the bathroom and kitchen is wonderful. We spent hours out there. Comfortable beds and furniture inside. The Cottage is decorated beautifully. The location is fantastic. So close to the beach. The area is quiet which is such a nice break from the crowds at other areas on 30a. As always, Royal Destinations is a top notch rental company.
