We have two bikes, one with a toddler seat, for your convenience. Helmets are not provided.

Allow yourself to relax and unwind in our beautiful condo. Feel at home by the ocean with the sound of waves pleasing your ears once you open that balcony door.

Beach is just steps away (literally), less than 3 min walk. Spacious pool (+a small one for young kids), nice lunch place with a covered sitting area, and an ice cream kiosk! Yummy!

THE SPACE:
Map out your East Coast escape to this warm and welcoming 1st floor, 1-bedroom, 1-bath vacation rental nestled inside the Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis Resort.

This updated condo boasts a coastal interior, fully stocked kitchen & coffee bar, private balcony with beach accessories included.

Rest and recharge in a comfortable queen size bed and a new sleeper sofa-bed! The unit also includes bunk beds for the kids (or small adults!)

We are providing additional entertainment for any weather. Grab a beach read for hot and sunny days, or just wait the weather out with a movie of your choice. Make sure you check out our wide selection of books (accent cabinet) and DVDs inside the chest.

THE PROPERTY:

You only need to pack beach towels, as we provide the following for your stay:

- four towel sets (two bath towels, one hand towel, and one wash cloth per set);
- dish soap, laundry and dishwasher soaps (two pods each);
- kitchen towels, paper towels;
- two rolls of toilet paper;
- couple of garbage bags;
- bath tissues, shampoo, and conditioner;

For longer stays, you will need to pack more supplies or buy some.

HOUSE RULES
- This property has a strict maximum occupancy of 4 adults (over 21 years old) at all times
- We are unable to accept late check-outs because cleaners must schedule their appointments in advance. When feasible, we will let our guests know when the cleanings are finished so they can arrive early.
- Unit is PET FREE and SMOKE FREE
- The cleaning fee also includes 1 parking pass. Additional passes are available for $35- we need to have 24-hour notice for any additional passes.
- Weather-related trip cancellations are not refundable. If you are making a reservation during hurricane season, we do advise getting trip insurance.
- Stays over 90 days will require a background check and lease agreement+deposit.
