The space:
Oversized one bedroom! Have this space all to yourself with workspace, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and private terrace. Extremely well-equipped kitchen with every small and large appliance you can ask for including water cooler, dishwasher, espresso machine, and ice machine. Terrace offers outside dining with beautiful views of pool and beach. Guest room offers two full beds and large closet space.

Guest access:
You will be the only guest in the unit. This is not a shared space. An extra space is closed for owner's storage while you are renting. Therefore, you have the common space of a two-bedroom unit, but only access to one bedroom.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

ELECTRIC IS AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR THE PERSONAL CONSUMPTION USED DURING YOUR STAY. This is to be paid in cash at the end of your stay. I will provide the meter reading upon arrival, and it will be read again at the end of your stay, and you only pay for the KW used. The present rate is 20 RDS PER kw (May 2024) however this can change and price is supplied by CEPM the official electric company here.
All clients must register with me by sending Passport / Driver's license so I can register you previously at the reception area. THIS IS A MUST BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL OR THEY WILL NOT LET YOU IN.
THIS IS A QUIET PEACEFUL COMPLEX, NO PARTIES, DRUGS OR ILEGAL SUBSTANCES ALLOWED. NO OTHER GUESTS ARE ALLOWED IN TO VISIT DURING YOUR STAY.
