It was a beautiful location, view and home. Walk to ice cream shop and local restaurants. Convenient right next to pool.

Came down for a fund raiser for Down syndrome adults. The gala was wonderful and got to spend a couple days with old friends.

Absolutely wonderful

Our family had a wonderful time! The weather was touch-and-go but watching the storms from the spacious patio was breathtaking. The unit had gorgeous decorations and was fully supplied with everything we needed (dishes, cooking tools, etc.). The location was perfect right in front of the pool and with a direct ocean view. 10/10 would recommend!

Condo was nice with the exception of the back door having no handles and no way to lock the door. Property company notified me the day we checked in, I communicated about it as well, worried because we couldn’t lock it, but nothing was ever done. They kept saying they were waiting for their third party to contact them.

Family vacation

Only lost a star for cleanliness because of sand under the counters but I mean it’s the beach so we expect that. Great location. Beautiful beach. The front bedrooms do get rather warm no matter what the temp is on particularly the one to the left. Owners may need to get a unit in there of some sort.

July 2014 Stay at Adagio

We had a wonderful stay at Adagio--Unit B103 last week! The unit was very nice and a perfect location--right in front of the gulf pool and just steps to the beach. The only thing I would recommend would be to improve the outdoor patio furniture in this unit. The table was broken & the wooden chairs all need cushions. Many of the other units had nicer, more comfortable patio furniture. With such a great view from this patio, guests certainly want to enjoy the outdoor seating. The decor in this unit inside was very nice and we really enjoyed our stay! We would definitely recommend this condo to other guests! Thank you for a great stay!

Well Furnished Place and great Location

We rented two Condos at Adagio on the ground floor beach side. Both places were furnished well and we enjoyed our stay. Would encourage owners to have better bedding and pillows. Had trouble getting a response about a few issues. A lot of messages back and forth. Never saw a maintenance person. We loved both our places but would have liked to have had property management address a few minor issues.

Excellent place to stay!

The condo was in a perfect location with the pool right outside, the walk to the beach only a few steps away and the 3 tiered pool less than a 2 minute walk. Fitness center was also only a few steps away. The AC units are right outside the door and they put off a LOT of heat and a fair amount of noise. Air conditioning in the condo couldn't be put lower than 72, and it struggled to keep up with the heat. I understand it is Florida in July and going to be incredibly hot and humid, but the AC not keeping up made for a couple of uncomfortable nights. Condo was very well stocked as far as kitchen supplies. Everything was clean and kept up well. My family is already discussing staying here again.

March 2019 Stay

Ultimately we had a fantastic time with our group of 11. Plenty of room for everyone! This unit was conveniently located right in front of the small heated pool and close to the steps down to the beach! We were a little disappointed to find that there was only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, no other paper products (garbage bags, paper towels/napkins,cleaning supplies) only 3 wash cloths , and not nearly enough pans for cooking (1 large sauté pan and 1 small, no baking sheets for the oven). Cooking for such a large family was difficult. Also, the cage in the garage was not only minimally stocked compared to other units but we were unable to access it because the combination given was incorrect. I emailed about it and got a response that maintenance would check it out but they never did. Oh and FYI purchase the extra travel insurance if you plan on booking. Our mother had a heart attack 3 weeks prior to coming and management would not work with us at all on a refund or a change of dates.

We are 3 sisters and 7 daughters celebrating a 70th birthday and a retirement from 35 years of nursing The condo was clean and comfortable Great pools Hot tub was warm, not hot Great beach Would be lovely if 2 chairs and an umbrella came with the unit (included in the $4500. per week price ) Good to have washer and dryer in unit Very good experience

Great for a family with diverse needs!

We had a great time. Something for everyone! My only concern is one living room chair was so dirty and worn that no one would go near it. Goose feathers everywhere. A new piece is much needed.

June 2019 Stay

Best week at the beach we've ever had. The pictures of this condo and THE VIEW does not do it justice. We've been going to Florida for 30+ years and we've never found a condo that we wanted to return to for the following yet until now. We had to call 360Blue twice during our stay and both times they couldn't have been any nicer. The responses were timely and professional. Amazing experience!!

My family had a wonderful experience renting this unit for our vacation. Having never rented a vacation home online, we really didn't know what to expect. Everything from the first moment in renting to the check out and follow up was flawless. The condo unit was gorgeous and perfectly located on the first floor with the pool and beach right outside the patio door. Perfect for our family and three toddler boys. We would stay in this unit again and will most definitely rent with 360 Blue in the future.
