From November 1- April 15 please be aware of the Utah Department of Transportation and Town of Brighton rules pertaining to snow tires requiring M/S or M+S tires, snow tires (3PMSF), or chains to make it safely up the canyon and to the home. Snow plowing is provided by local vendor and is intermittent. Cottonwood Lodging does not have control over snow plowing. Please plan to check in by 8pm to avoid unplowed roads if it is storming and note that this home can accommodate ONLY 2 vehicles.

Just 1 mile from Solitude Mountain Resort and a mere 3.4 miles from Brighton Resort, you'll have easy access to world-class skiing and outdoor adventures. The walkable proximity to Silver Fork Lodge & Restaurant adds a delightful option for hearty meals.

This cozy home features three inviting bedrooms. Two bedrooms boast comfortable Queen-sized beds with thoughtful storage options, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of outdoor activities. The third bedroom is perfect for the younger members of your group, equipped with 2 sets of standard twin bunk beds.

*Bathrooms:*
Enjoy the convenience of two three-quarter bathrooms, each equipped with custom-fitted standing showers. Whether you're getting ready for a day on the slopes or winding down in the evening, the bathrooms provide comfort and functionality.

*Warmth and Comfort:*
The home is heated with a powerful gas fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. In addition, each bedroom has its own electric heater, ensuring that every corner of the house stays cozy.

*Entertainment and Connectivity:*
Unwind in the living room on a plush couch and two beautiful armchairs while enjoying the breathtaking views of the canyon. The wired sound system allows you to play your favorite tunes from Bluetooth devices, creating the perfect ambiance. A small smart TV is available for casting, providing additional entertainment options.

*Dining and Kitchen:*
The dining area features a wooden table that comfortably seats 6-8 guests on chairs and benches. The fully stocked kitchen with ample storage is equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy delicious meals. A gas oven range, modern dishwasher, and a French door fridge/freezer with a water/ice dispenser add a touch of convenience to your stay.

Enter through the mudroom, where a built-in grate keeps the floors dry, and hooks for jackets make it easy to organize your outdoor gear. An exterior locker is available for ski equipment. Parking is convenient with space for 2-3 cars in the driveway.
