About the smoke alarm incident you reported at 1 AM - this is concerning to hear. Our monitoring system doesn't show any alarm activations during your stay, and we weren't contacted about this issue. We always have staff available 24/7 for emergency assistance, which could have helped resolve this immediately if we'd been notified. We've also noted that there may have been some misunderstandings regarding property boundaries. For safety and insurance reasons, we do ask that all guests respect the clearly marked property lines as outlined in our welcome information.
