Welcome to "Beachside Dreams." One of 2 units that we have in the desirable condo community "Castle Reef." Located on the NO DRIVE portion of the beach. "Beachside Dreams" is Brand new to us (5/2023.) This lovely unit has had all the furniture and appliances replaced (summer 2023.) The cabinets and bathroom have had a facelift as well. In this unit, you will find all the comforts of home. We pride ourselves on loading up our property to make you feel totally welcome. There are many added amenities for your enjoyment including a complimentary bottle of wine, light breakfast choices, coffee, & snacks. Linens, beach towels, yoga mats, are also in the unit. A large balcony that easily seats four at a table for al fresco dining. King bed in the master, 2 twins in the guest, & a queen sleeper sofa. There is also a pac-n-play & baby monitor as well as dishes for those with infants included for your use. In the storage area, there are beach chairs, cooler, and beach paraphernalia (this is a common area and sometimes guests from other units make use of our things.) Be sure to check for them upon check in.) There is a laundry area (2 washers/2 dryers) is conveniently located directly across the hall. There are also ones located in the same area on each floor.

There is a kiddie pool, heated large main pool (only in the cooler months,) shuffleboard courts, tennis/pickle ball courts, private locked beach access, bar-b-que area, & club room are all on site. Castle reef is located just 3 short miles from Flagler Ave & a little further for Canal Street. There is a convenient shopping area directly across the street, that has Restaurants, ice cream parlor, nail salon, liquor store, light food shopping, & variety beach store. All you could need within walking distance. Taking a short car ride will get you to many great restaurants, shopping, theater, entertainment, etc. New Smyrna Beach, besides having the most beautiful beaches (IMO) has something to do for everyone locally.
