Welcome to our beautiful, relaxing vacation home a few short miles from the Sanibel Causeway!
Book and enjoy this fresh & clean, quiet atmosphere for yourself! All the amenities are here for your stay, from the 55-in Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room central A/C, lanai, and heated pool.
This clean, stylish, spacious, 2 bed, 3 bath getaway has everything you need and is minutes to Sanibel, Captiva, Golf, Shopping, Restaurants, & Ft. Myers Beach!
***GOV PHOTO Identity verification is required to receive booking approval (HOA community requires each over age 18 guest to provide: legal name, address, and/or other personal information, ie. driver's license, passport, identity card) and then again when we meet in person during check-in.
*Ring audio/video doorbell and exterior camera in use.
****NON SMOKING PROPERTY***no smoking/vaping on-premises, smoke monitoring device on site. OWNER has a severe respiratory disability to smoke and animal dander, NO SMOKE OR PETS.

This was a wonderful condo having everything we needed. It was so clean and nicely decorated. The location was perfect for access to Sanibel/Captiva. Thank you so much for the stay.

Girls trip

We could not of been any happier with our stay .. what a beautiful place to stay and so clean. Had everything you could think of for a weeks stay …. Close to so many beaches made it so easy to get too .. we will certainly be back as we plan on making this a yearly trip

Convenient and Relaxing

It was close to beaches.. Sanibel, Captiva and Ft Myers. Lovers Key and Dog Patch on the way to Bonita Springs was pretty awesome also. Great places to eat close by grocery store close by. Relaxing time at the heated swimming pool was just what we needed.

Amazing

Excellent property! Cleanest Vrbo I have ever rented, pool is clean and warm, plenty of loungers to use, beach chairs were a great thing to have to use! Only thing you need to bring is a bathing suit and Koozies to keep your beverage cold

Great location

The condo is in a wonderful area of Fort Myers. Convenient to everything but in a quiet neighbors with minimal traffic. The condo was clean and updated. We can’t speak highly enough about the owners who were always available by phone. They were incredibly responsive and quick to remedy a minor issue with the grill. Perfect stay.

Wonderful Staycation in the Sun

We spent the three weeks cooking most of our meals, lounging on the sunny lanai, touring the local islands and enjoying the company of the wonderful neighbours for happy hour at the pool. The townhouse was perfectly appointed, very comfortable and felt like home away from home. Alicia was absolutely fantastic to deal with from booking to our final day. The neighbourhood was hit hard by hurricane Ian years ago, but there are plenty of lovely beaches, restaurants and shopping not too far away. Would 100% stay here again

A calm relaxing getaway

Very updated place. We walked in and it was very clean, all amenities provided and working well (washer, dryer, dishwasher, fridge). Area was quiet, neighbors seemed friendly. Short distance to Sanibel Island, Ft Myers Beach, and nearby to many attractions. Hosts were extremely responsive and offered amazing communications. Would love to stay at this place again! 5-stars all around.

Simply Amazing

Alicia, has one of the best VRBO's we have visited. Location was amazing for lots of different activites. The neighrbors in the area are super nice. The place over stocked with pots, pans, or anything you could possibly need. The heated pool was by far my daughters favorite feature. The host was super informative and communicated extremely well. 10 out of 10, and would recommened to anyone!!!
