Quick Fall Break Trip

It was very nice and the location was AMAZING! It was nice to have the community pool since Bertha had put a damper on the beach for most of our stay. There were times that communication took a little longer than we'd needed for a response but they always got to us and were accommodating. The only issue we had was that the master bedroom lock does not stay locked and the door deadbolt to the carport doesn't lock right if you actually put the latch into the hole for the deadbolt to go. But we let them know about this. The private beach access was wonderful as was the pavilion.

We loved staying at Jojo. The location was amazing, short walk to the beach and pool. The ease of walking into town for morning coffee, ice cream, or dinner was unmatched. We have two young kids so throwing them in the stroller or beach wagon was great. One thing to note is bring the kiddos a sound machine in case of an event! We expected that so we were prepared. We will definitely return! Homeowners Association was top notch and so thoughtful with communication, check in, and things left for us to enjoy.

Nice unit in great location Seaside location

Well equipped but would have been nice to have some basics like coffee filters, salt and pepper. Comfortable beds and very clean. Info from property management company should include: instructions for recycling, code for beach access, what are the purpose of the blue wristbands?.

VERY COMFORTABLE HOME-FROM-HOME
