Guests can arrive and park, then enter through a lobby and take the elevator. This will bring guests into an open-air, common, furnished, spacious, deck that is surrounded by stunning views of the gulf and the town. Enter through the door to land into the foyer. Twelve-foot ceilings in the foyer showcase a sloping rotund wall. Step into a tasteful open floor plan! The beautiful wood dining table has comfortable seating for ten. The adjoining kitchen has high-end stainless steel appliances, white and gray quartz countertops, and a breakfast bar with seating for four. A sectional sofa faces the gas fireplace and hi-def flat-screen TV. There is also a relaxing alcove overlooking the event lawn that leads to an outside terrace with custom-built outdoor furniture. Beautiful artwork can be found throughout the home.

The first bedroom features a built-in platform bed with a queen-size mattress and a flat-screen TV. Across the hall is a half bath. From the foyer, you can access one of the outdoor terraces. The second bedroom has a king-size bed and a flat-screen TV, the third bedroom has a king bed, with a flat-screen TV, and nearby is another bedroom with a queen over queen bunk bed. Both the second and third bedroom share a full-size bathroom with tub and shower combo.
