1BR Just Steps From the Beach at Sugar Beach 375!

This cozy renovated 1 bedroom/ 2 bath condo is located only steps away from the beach with limited beach views from your balcony. The fully renovated eat-in kitchen has all the cooking basics as well as brand new appliances. The living room has a 55" smart TV, comfy chairs and a pull-out sofa. The upstairs bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, reading corner, and 50" smart TV. There is a bathroom on both levels as well as a full-size washer and dryer on the main level.

We personally manage our own unit, so you will not be dealing with a management company. We are easily accessible and want to make your stay as relaxing and fantastic as we can! We look forward to sharing our condo with you, and hope you love it as much as we do and want to come stay with us again and again!

PARKING PASSES
Parking Pass(es) may be purchased on site when you arrive at the complex for $35 for the entirety of your stay. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit (only 1 pass during holidays), and you must show your reservation confirmation when purchasing at the complex. The cost and number of the parking passes available is set by the association and is subject to change at any time without notice. A processing fee is added if paying by credit card.

Great place to stay!

This was the easiest booking and directions ever. Y’all are the best ! The condo was clean and super cute! Being close to everything and all the amenities, we will definitely be back!

Great stay, great condo, great location, great accommodations

We had an excellent vacation! The owners are very attentive. The condo is updated and clean. They have everything you need for a comfortable stay and then some. The owners surprised my kids with some special snacks on arrival. They loved the heated pool and pool toys/towels provided. The water temperature is perfect for a nice shower. We had plenty in the kitchen to eat in and even on a holiday there were plenty of delicious local places to eat. We highly recommend!!

Fantastic!

We had an amazing time! The condo was perfect! Clean, updated, and had everything we needed!! The owners are so thoughtful! They had a goody bag waiting for us when we got there. They texted with menus and events that were happening when we were down here. They surprised us with champagne and wine and cookies during our stay! Could not recommend more highly and will be recommending to everyone!!

Amazing Condo!!!

The Condo has nice upgrades, extremely clean and well stocked with anything you could need for going to the beach or cooking in the kitchen. We stayed for 7 nights and it was truly a great time! 100% recommendation on the condo and working with the very nice owners 😊

Relaxing week in an adorable condo!

Condo was clean and well-stocked. Aubrey and Landon have everything you could ever need for the beach and pool. Buckets, sand toys, beach chairs, umbrella, pool floats, they have it all. Condo felt like home stocked with all we needed to cook meals and dishes to eat with. So helpful to us as we did not have to bring thing's with us to enjoy the Condo, the beach, and the pool. They thought of everything. Great location. Only steps to the beach. Close to restaurants, shops, groceries, and activities.

Awesome Condo and Owners!

Owners went above and beyond to assure we had a great experience from our initial booking to the generous stocking of household supplies in the condo. The condo was very clean, had up to date appliances and comfortable furniture/bedding. The small details to make our stay comfortable did not go unnoticed. We appreciate your hospitality! Amazing condo and hosts!

My family (15-18 of us) have been going to Orange Beach for over 10 years and have always stated at Sugar Beach, so, we've stayed in many different condo units there. From efficiency to 3 bedroom, we've stayed in them. This condo is, BY FAR, the nicest, cleanest and the one that had everything needed. Landon and Aubree even got me bread pans so I could make my fresh banana bread while on vacation. The condo smelled amazing and was the cleanest unit we've ever stayed in! Highly recommended staying here!

Over & Above the Normal Expected Stay!

The Condo was clean, with a well appointed small kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a cozy little bedroom. The owners checked in with us about 2 weeks before our stay to ask us what we like to drink, and had our favorite beverages chilling in the fridge for our arrival. That was the most enjoyable experience! They checked on us when we arrived and we appreciated that as well. This was a great experience for us!

Best condo ever!!!

This condo is just absolutely perfect in every way! When we walked in everything was as described! The hosts, Landon and Aubree, thought of everything you could possible need...from the goodie bags, coolers, backpack beach chairs…you name it they had it! . The place is so clean and decorated with the best beach decor. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. Sugar Shack had the best burgers and drinks! Landon and Aubree has thought of EVERYTHING to make sure you have what you will need during your stay to make it perfect! Definitely can’t wait until we come back!!!

Great place to stay!

A friend and I rented this condo for 4 nights..we were super impressed with how clean everything was! It has a king size comfy bed upstairs with a lounger that would be perfect size for a child to sleep on! Water pressure in the shower was awesome! The place was decorated sooo cute and was so nice! Landon &Aubree were great hosts..they even called to make sure we had everything we needed there! We will most definitely be renting this unit everytime we go to gulf shores!

Beautiful place to stay.

The condo is perfect for a small family. It has everything that you could possibly need in a home away from home. It was beautifully decorated. There is a PacMan arcade game in the condo along with a washing machine and dryer. The complex is on the beach and has 3 pools with one heated. It also has a kiddie pool. Sugar Beach is minutes away from restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back.

Great place to stay on the beach and super nice owners.

This is a great condo. It has new appliances and a full size washer and dryer. Loved the loft bedroom and even though we are in our 70s, we had no problems with the stairs. It has a full bathroom downstairs and upstairs. The condo is very clean and well maintained and is convenient to many restaurants and activities. Everything you need for your beach activities is provided for you. The owners are super nice and very responsive to your needs. We would definitely recommend this property. Who doesn’t need a quiet place on the beach?!

This condo was exactly as described by the owners!

We found the condo to be exceptionally clean and the updates were all beautifully done! The king bed was super comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed! The condo was close to the beach, the Gulf State Park, and shopping. The landlord, Landon & Aubree, were always available for questions. We highly recommend booking this condo.
