Welcome to Jubilee By The Sea, your charming beachside retreat where comfort meets coastal living! Step into the inviting living room, featuring two cozy couches and a chair, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. Gather around the large screen TV for movie nights or to catch up on your favorite shows.

A short stroll from the beach, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, coffee maker, cooking utensils, and knives, ready for your culinary adventures. The dining table seats six, perfect for enjoying meals together. The property features beautiful hardwood floors throughout, adding a touch of elegance, and includes bunk beds for additional sleeping space. The comfortable bathrooms provide the perfect place to refresh after a day at the beach.

This two-story, fenced-in property offers privacy and security, ensuring a peaceful escape for you and your loved ones.

Property has a max capacity of 11 and is ideal for up to 6 adults and 4 to 5 children.

*We offer an initial set of complimentary toiletries, which includes one roll of paper towels, two dishwasher pods, liquid dish soap for the kitchen, toilet tissue, shampoo, and bar soap for each bathroom. You may choose to bring any extra supplies you require or conveniently purchase them at a local store along with your groceries.

* There is parking for 3-4 cars in this large private driveway. Street parking is not allowed.

* Pets allowed. Max of two. 40 lb each weight limit $125 pet fee.

Guest who booked the reservation must be present during the stay and is not allowed to book on behalf of someone else.

No parties or special events allowed, unless previously discussed and arranged with the property management company.

Absolutely No Smoking Allowed. This includes vaping. (The smell lingers!)

Home is pet friendly with $125 per pet fee, with a 2 pet limit and a 40lb weight limit. If guests do not let us know about the pets they bring prior to check-in there will be an additional $125 per pet fee if the number of pets are under the 2 pet limit. If guests bring more than 2 pets and guests don't let us know, there will be a $500 per pet fee for each pet over the 2 limit.

For legal and safety reasons, please don’t exceed the maximum occupancy of the property at any time.

Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between 9 PM and 8 AM. Be sure to respect the noise curfew if there is one listed for the property.

Please don’t turn the AC below 70 degrees during the Spring/Summer. AC may freeze up if it runs too hard causing additional problems, such as the AC shutting down and us not being able to get an AC technician out to repair it right away. It will get HOT quickly.

Please respect check-in and check-out times. Departure time is 10 AM and Check In time is 4 PM.

If anything breaks or you can’t clean up the mess yourself, please call us right away. We understand that accidents happen, and we’re here to help.

If you move any pieces of furniture around, please, please put it back where it originally was before you depart.

Please start the dishwasher before you depart.

Please take the trash out before you depart.

*Guests are responsible for any unreasonable damages caused during their stay. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to furniture, fixtures, and equipment beyond normal wear and tear. Costs for repairs or replacements due to such damages will be charged to the guest. Any damages exceeding $1500 per reservation will be charged to the guest.
