The situation you described — especially involving young children — is absolutely not the standard we aim to provide, and we completely understand your frustration. As soon as the issue was reported, our team acted immediately to relocate your family in the middle of the night, which we recognize was incredibly inconvenient. Unfortunately, due to limited availability at the time, we were unable to place you in a comparable beachfront unit with a golf cart right away. We know how important those features were to your original booking and deeply regret that we couldn’t fully accommodate your expectations after the emergency move. Please know that the affected unit was taken offline and treated by a licensed pest control company before being made available again. Guest safety and comfort are our top priorities, and we take any pest issues very seriously. We truly value your feedback, and while we can’t undo the disruption you experienced, we did issue a partial refund for your stay as a gesture of goodwill and acknowledgment of the inconvenience.
