This rental includes access to the entire space as well as all building amenities. Please feel free to make yourself at home.

Indoor pools! Children's Interactive splash and play area. AND BEST OF ALL FREE WIFI! Close to Barefoot Landing and House of Blues, Alabama Theatre! Perfect for couples or small families, it features a kitchen/living room and bedroom. Sleeps up to 10 people and is approximately 1000 SF. The resort offers stellar amenities with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. Oceanfront pool deck, four indoor and outdoor pools, three whirlpools, Lazy River. Getting Around:

I strongly suggest utilizing ride-sharing platforms like Uber and Lyft, as well as Turo.

Other Things to Note:

This condo is privately owned and should be treated with the same care as your own home.



Access to the unit is managed through a coded lock, eliminating the need to check in at the front desk. The code will be provided to you on the day of your arrival in the welcome email, so you can avoid waiting in long check-in lines.



Your stay includes bed linens, towels, washcloths, as well as starter supplies of trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.



Umbrellas and chairs are available for rent on the beach from the lifeguards.



Please note that as this is not a hotel, daily maid service is not included. However, arrangements can be made for daily or bi-weekly maid service or towel exchanges for an additional fee.

Bay Watch Resort will be completing door painting in Tower 2 during the following dates (weather permitting). Painting is scheduled Dec 15–19, 2025 (weather permitting). Each door will require 2–3 days:

Day 1: Prep work — doors open ~1–2 hours, then closed.

Day 2: First coat — doors slightly propped open ~1 hour to dry.

Day 3 (if needed): Second coat — doors slightly propped open ~1 hour.

Zepol painting staff will always be present to ensure security. Minimal disruption to guests is expected.
