Welcome to your spacious, top-floor paradise on the water on Fenwick Island. Sit and relax in the sun on the balcony or in the shade in the screened porch. Gorgeous views, night or day, rain or shine, inside or out. Large, cathedral-ceilinged kitchen and living room mean you can see the water while reading a book on the couch or while making a crab feast for the family. Introverts can spend time with extroverts with multiple spaces for sitting or hiding away in one of the large four bedrooms with chairs, couches, and televisions. Primary bathroom offers a soaking tub in addition to shower. Activities available for all tastes with a resident-only on-site pool, open Memorial Day through Labor Day, quality restaurants and shops within walking distance, and a proprietary dock from which kayaks and standup paddle boards can be launched. Small on-site beach, perfect for small kids. Fancy the ocean? Multiple beaches are jogging distance away (we've done it) or drive and park, less than 2 miles. Great option for a family or multiple-family getaway in a secure building with elevator access.
