The house has gone through extensive upgrades and renovations!

Beautiful main house and two-story guest house walking distance to the historic village of Edgartown while feeling like you are miles away in an extremely private setting.

The recently renovated Chefs Kitchen in the main house is comprised of a large dining table and island to allow for entertaining family and friends. The two large sliding doors open up to a deck which overlooks the expansive granite patio, in-ground pool and hot tub. There is a built in barbecue, plenty of lounge chairs and teak dining seating for up to 20 people. The sprawling grass beyond the pool gives you the option to kick the soccer ball, toss a horseshoe or play baseball!

The two-story guest house also overlooks the pool and grounds. It has a full bathroom, mini kitchen, couch and flat screen tv on the first floor. Upstairs is two Queen Beds.

The main house has 5 bedrooms in total. Two Master Suites, each with King size beds on the first floor. Upstairs is three additional bedrooms (Queen Bed, 2 twins, Bunk Bed (with trundle) and extra twin bed.

All bathrooms are newly renovated!

Video Surveillance: – The Property has security cameras placed in the front parking lot area and backyard. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property.

EXCELLENT PROPERTY

The pictures actually don’t do it justice, the property was even better than we expected. Accommodated kids of all age ranges. Plenty of room for outdoor meals. Superb mobile app that completely controls the home entertainment system. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Robin's property is beautiful. In addition to all of the wonderful amenities, the property is feels very private and is just a short walk away from Edgartown town center. My family had the most amazing week on Martha's Vineyard and look forward to returning soon!

Fabulous Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We spent time every day in the beautiful pool and outdoor space. The location is fabulous - lots of privacy but within walking distance to town. The owners were a pleasure to deal with when we booked and during our stay. After 20 years at various homes, this was unanimously our favorite.

Fabulous Family Getaway

We had a wonderful week at this lovely property. Mid-September weather cooperated for sunny afternoons at the pool. Lots of fresh fish grilled for dinners poolside. Fabulous!

Beautiful Property

Great location to town. The house is beautifully decorated. Perfect place to relax and unwind. If you are looking for privacy, you'll be more than pleased. The outside living space is spectacular. You will not be disappointed with this house or outside living space. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Will definitely rent this property again!

The perfect summertime retreat!

This house is magnificent. The pictures don't do it justice. The house was an island oasis filled with comfortable luxury and amazing service. On the days you're interested in stepping out, the house was a ~15 min walk to Edgartown's main strip and a ~10 min car ride to Oaks Bluff. We'll definitely be back.

The most quintessential house in the perfect location.

We chose this location for our biannual family vacation. The location is perfect. It’s private but within walking distance to Edgartown. The kids enjoyed the backyard and pool area. There was enough space, especially with the furnished guest house, to accommodate a large group. The kitchen has everything you need to cook at home. The property owners were very kind and checked in on us via text a couple times. Very easy to reach if needed. The property is very well maintained and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding property

This house is truly amazing! My family spent an amazing week here. The backyard is an oasis! The pool & hot tub were enjoyed every day, the fire pit is perfect, the yard is the perfect size, & the grill is wonderful. The house itself is so beautiful & well appointed, but also really comfortable. It quickly felt like home. We walked into Edgartown every day because it's so close. The owners were a pleasure and very responsive. We would absolutely love to return next year.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at this home! The location is private and a short walk to Edgartown. The house is a great layout for multiple couples or families with several bedrooms and living rooms. The outdoor area is spectacular! We had fantastic weather and sat by the pool many days! Would love to stay again.

Exceptional Vacation Home

Everything about our stay in this beautiful home was incredible. The main house and spacious guest house had just been renovated and were in pristine condition. The owners made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our week, and gave us great suggestions for things to do and see on Marthas Vineyard. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor spaces were the focal point for our family and were enjoyed by all. This home is in a beautiful neighborhood very close to Edgartown and centrally located on the Island. Taking different routes we were able to walk daily into town enjoying the beautiful captains homes and harbor side scenery. We could not have asked for a more perfect setting for our family getaway!

Amazing retreat with all conveniences on hand

We spent a terrific peaceful last-minute week luxuriating at this amazing retreat. The privacy here is spectacular and is ideal for a romantic getaway or a fully fledged family get-together. The owners and house manager were fully yet unobtrusively available on an as needed basis, with helpful information. The house is warm and appealing - fully appointed with all high-grade finishes. Outside in the privacy of a large, green tree-lined enclosed yard is a magnificent pool, large hot tub, huge deck, comfortable outdoor seating for 30 and a master grilling area. Synch your favourite play lists from home or easily stream sirius, pandora or others on App controlled speakers that cover the entire downstairs living space, pool, deck and poorhouse. All this and only minutes from South Beach, Edgartown and Katama. We can't wait to plan the next escape back there. Dog friendly and home like - you'll feel right at home here no matter what the occasion !!

Gorgeous Oasis Steps from the Heart of Edgartown

Upon entering the sprawling driveway curling around the house, you realize how far away you are from the rest of the neighborhood, despite the walking distance proximity to downtown Edgartown. The homeowners and caretaker were very responsive and provided all the information we needed about their home and the island. The home and outdoor area are beautiful and expansive. There is plenty of space for games or relaxing in the gated yard area. The kitchen and dining area are great for cooking and eating in, with ample seating for all of your guests. The kitchen even has two dishwashers for easy clean up! We especially loved the pool/spa/fire pit area. The pool is heated by the sun during the day while the spa is a perfect ending to the evening. This is a wonderful home for families, couples, entertaining, celebrations, and amazing memories!

Fantastic destination!!

A perfect home for our family celebration. Owners were extremely helpful as is the property caretaker. The home is absolutely beautiful as are the pool, spa, outdoor seating and grounds. A short walk to center of Edgartown is another plus! A week of making wonderful memories.

The listing description of the house was very accurate and the photos did accurately reflect the house's appearance and amenities. The property was in excellent condition, very clean and extremely well appointed. The owners were very helpful and friendly. The caretaker of the property lives nearby and was available during our entire stay to assist us any time we called him. I would highly recommend this property. It is conveniently located on the outskirts of Edgartown and is in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful grounds and a pool/outdoor living area that is exceptional. We immensely enjoyed our two week stay and would not hesitate to rent this lovely home again.

Best Family Vacation Ever !

My entire family vacationed at this beautiful home and had the best trip ever! Not only is the house and guest house beautiful but the backyard is enormous, huge pool, outdoor barbecue , numerous seating areas made for a comfortable country club enviroment . The kids were self entertained the entire week. A great place for family gatherings , entertaining and lasting memories! Walking distance to town !

We have been visiting Marthas Vineyard together ever since we met. We decided to buy last year when we finally felt we found the 'perfect' spot. We enjoy spending time with our family, taking bike rides, going to the beach, playing tennis and golf, swimming and walking into town whenever we want.

This property is truly amazing in what it provides. You have so many choices. Stay home and relax at the amazing pool and hot tub, take a bike ride on the many bike paths throughout the island, spend the day at the beach, walk to town for a shopping or dining excursion, play tennis at the nearby tennis courts and visit all of the other towns that make the Vineyard such a wonderful place to visit!
