There is a noise monitor in the home. Excessive noise that disturbs neighbors is not permitted.

This home is in the Lakedale neighborhood. There is a short 8 minute walk to Speelyi Beach (4/10s of a mile). Please use roads to access the beach and do not attempt to go through neighboring properties.

Guests have access to entire home and property with the exception of the garages and maintenance/storage rooms inside the home. Guests will access the home via smartlock system using a secure pin code that will be sent prior to arrival via text and email.

Layout:
The heart of the home is the main level, featuring the impressive great room and kitchen. The dining area seats 16 between the table and granite island. The four primary bedrooms are conveniently located here, each offering a king bed, custom wood finishes, a Smart TV, and a private ensuite bathroom. Downstairs you'll discover a large recreation room with cozy seating and a freestanding gas stove. The fun continues in the activity room, which includes a curtained-off bunk area with three twin bunk beds. You'll also find the fifth bedroom, featuring a queen bed and a twin bunk bed, with a nearby detached bathroom.

Lake Levels: Cle Elum Lake is a reservoir, and water levels fluctuate significantly. The water is highest from May to early June. By late summer, the water is at its lowest, fully exposing the sandy and light-gravel Speelyi Beach, which is perfect for kids.

In addition to activities at the lake, there is hiking, biking, and fantastic winter sports like snowmobiling, cross country skiing, and snowshoeing. Go exploring during the day and come back and unwind in this spacious home. We have plenty of room in our driveway to accommodate snowmobile trailers, etc.
