The space
The Villa is located on the second floor and is an open concept studio that offers a breathtaking 180 degree view of the ocean! There are 2 double size beds, a fully equipped kitchen, AC, high speed fiber optic internet/WiFi and a private bathroom with HOT WATER. The living area is bright due to its wall-to-wall floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors that offer an indoor-outdoor flow onto a covered spacious balcony. On the balcony you will find 4 chairs to relax in while enjoying the view of the toucans, Scarlet macaws, monkeys and other exotic wildlife. You can also enjoy spectacular sunset views or enjoy a romantic dinner on the terrace. On the main floor patio area you can dip in the pool, nap on a full size hammock or retire in a hanging swing nest while reading your favorite book. A gas barbecue grill and concrete table with benches are also available for outdoor dining. The property lies on an acre hillside land that displays a beautiful landscape of different tropical palms, trees and plants.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the patio deck area, dipping pool, outdoor shower, BBQ, concrete table with benches & all lounge chairs including the hanging nest swing and a lying hammock.

Please be prepared to walk up steps to get to the main floor of the home.
