Just a 2-minute walk to the renowned sugar-sand beach and boasting a private heated pool and spa, this spacious getaway is perfectly situated for both relaxing days by the water and lively evenings out with a short walk to Margaritaville and the vibrant Times Square area.

Your outdoor private oasis features a heated pool and spa, surrounded by comfortable outdoor seating and a grill makes for an ideal location for sipping cocktails and enjoying a freshly grilled meal under the stars.

Inside, the home is thoughtfully laid out across three levels: a top-floor, luxurious King master suite with private ensuite bath, a second floor King bedroom and a second floor Queen bedroom, and a ground-level spacious sleeping area with two Full beds.

Each bedroom includes a smart TV with Roku and YouTube TV, perfect for winding down after a beach day.

It’s a great location with easy access to the beach and restaurants. The layout was perfect for us traveling with older teens.

This property was perfect for our getaway! We were able to easily walk to the beach and shops while also being able to relax in the pool. The extras provided made our stay that much more enjoyable!

Gorgeous home!

The house was beautiful! The pool and hot tub were such an added bonus to keep everyone entertained! Plenty of space for 10 of us and a very short walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, coffee shops. Jet ski and kayak rental a 5 minute walk away!

Other than a very hot master suite because of being on the 3rd floor this house made for a perfect week at the beach! Easy walk and access to beach was great, neighbors were super friendly also! Would stay again for sure!

Miramar beach house

House was absolutely amazing. The lay out was perfect, ample space, bonus room downstairs that leads to the pool. Patio was huge with plenty of seating by the pool. Most of all the location couldn't have been better. It is probably the best place to stay that's an easy walk to the beach and to the shopping and night life.

The only negative thing is that the tub in the main shower does not work and has a permanent sign on it saying out of service for maintenance. But overall, we absolutely loved this house. It’s very spacious, plenty of rooms and beds and closet space is superb. It’s so close to one of the best beaches we visited and everything is within a reasonable drive if need be. Plenty of stuff already supplied for the beach too. We also bought more stuff to add to that pile :). We stayed for 8 nights and it wasn’t near long enough. Thank you for a beautiful accommodation and memorable stay!

Everything was as described, we really enjoyed our stay. The house was the perfect location and was very clean. Only thing I could have asked for was the hot tub to get hotter. Will definitely come back again.

Beautiful house! The house is well maintained, clean, and has everything needed to cook, have coffee and relax. The pool was clean and refreshing. You can walk to Time Square and many shops and restaurants.

We had a great time with plenty of room for all 8 of us. There was a lot of pool/hot tub use with a great shaded area by the pool. With the location of the house we were able to have multiple walks to downtown for dinner or to just check out the shops. The only thing it needed was more chairs around the pool.

Fort Myers Vacation

The bed was extremely comfortable. The house was so spacious it never seemed crowded even though there were 9 adult guests. Location was perfect. Once there, we hardly ever needed to drive, except to get groceries.

The home was in a great location, but we had a few issues. The lighting in some of the bedrooms was very poor. The hallway leading to the back yard had a light that was completely burnt out, making it difficult to walk to the back door. The comforters in the bedrooms were extremely worn down and used looking, along with a lot of the furniture in the bedrooms. There was no cleaning supplies available to clean counters after cooking. The pool and hot tub were nice to have but tiles were coming off and the pool/beach equipment were worn/rusted and thrown into a pile outside. Lastly, we paid for late check out and had a cleaner walk into the home which makes you feel uneasy having someone access the place while still being there. Despite these things, the host was very good at responding. Overall it wasn’t bad, but a little pricy to have a lot of small issues. These are things I would have liked to know before booking.

As the property manager, we take guest comments seriously and have shared these items with the owner so they can be addressed appropriately. We would also like to clarify that the items mentioned in the review have since been corrected and/or addressed. We have had numerous satisfied guests enjoy this home, and we remain committed to maintaining a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone who stays with us. Regarding cleaning supplies, we do provide a starter supply of cleaning products and amenities for our guests. We understand that guests may have different expectations regarding the quantity of supplies provided, and we appreciate the feedback. With respect to the late checkout, we sincerely apologize for the cleaner arriving while the guests were still in the home. We received late notice regarding the extended checkout and, unfortunately, the information did not reach the cleaning team in time. We completely understand how this could have made the guests feel uncomfortable. Advance notice of a late checkout allows us to properly coordinate with our cleaning team and ensure everyone’s privacy is respected. We appreciate the guest acknowledging that we were responsive throughout their stay. While we regret that some aspects of the home did not meet their expectations at the time of their visit, we have taken their recommendations seriously and have made the necessary improvements. Our goal is always to provide a clean, comfortable, well-maintained home and a positive experience for our guests. We appreciate the feedback and are pleased to confirm that the concerns identified have been addressed. Thank you.

Fantastic Stay

We really loved the Miramar Beach House! Is has a great pool and spa, nice shady sitting area to relax and a perfect location. Only a short walk to dining and entertainment around Margaritaville. Manager was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and will stay again!

Perfect Beach Getaway

I visited from Wisconsin with my husband and 8 year old son. We absolutely loved the Beach House on Miramar Street. It was very clean, organized, well stocked, and just a short walk to the beach! We had everything that we needed; we loved having beach accessories and a wagon to use as well. When we didn't want to be in the sand or walking around the island, having the grill, heated pool and hot tub in the back yard was perfect. Check in/check out instructions were clear and simple. We also had very prompt responses when we had questions during our stay. Thank you so much for a relaxing getaway!

Spring Break

The place was perfect for our two families. The pool and hot tub was used daily and in the evenings. We loved being close to the square and all the great restaurants. The only downfall is not having a bathroom downstairs close to pool but everything else was great. It is newly updated and decorated nicely.

5 Stars great beach location!

This house was very spacious and clean. We were able to walk to the beach in just a couple minutes, and walk to the hot spots on Fort Myers Beach in just about 10 minutes. The pool and hot tub were very nice, as well as the extras that were available for us to take to the beach like the wagon and the beach chairs and cooler. We would definitely rent again in the future if we come back to fort Myers!
