Float in the brand-new pool with a beach shelf and water fountain in the tranquil southern exposure backyard. It is only minutes to the beach or turn around and go to the Mercato for restaurants, shopping, bars and Whole Foods. Our Naples Beach House is perfect for two families or couples vacationing together. The beach house has two master bedrooms, each with an ensuite. One even has a kitchenette with a fridge, stovetop, dishwasher, and microwave. Or you can share the spacious white kitchen and feast your eyes on the inviting pool and lanai, which are equipped with a large TV, BBQ, comfy sectional, and fire table. The table seats 8 with chairs and comfy bench seating that stores those pool floaties. There are four bedrooms with brand new, very comfortable queen beds in each and a new king bed in the master; two rooms have ensuites. There are three full bathrooms and four bedrooms; each has a cozy duvet. Lots of room for everyone! Entertainment: FREE WIFI, FOUR flatscreen smart TVs, six portable beach chairs, pickleball rackets and a Sonos speaker to add more ambiance to your dinner. The kitchen has all-new high-end stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops and a fully equipped kitchen that any cook will love. As a bonus, a kitchenette has an additional dishwasher, cooktop, and microwave. The beach house is close to the Mercato if you’d prefer to eat out. Let the vacation begin!

This property is in a quiet neighborhood, so there is a zero tolerance for any form of parties or events conducted on this property. Any type of loud music or gatherings will not be permitted. Guest access in excess of individuals that are part of the minimum stay headcount is not permitted. “This home is not childproof and does not have a pool safety fence. The pool area is open and accessible from the home. Guests must supervise children at all times.”
