Screen enclosed lanai, also includes outdoor table and seating for 8, backyard is fenced. Includes a 1 car garage. Internet and WIFI available. Each bedroom has a new flat screen TV installed. Relax watching TV in the new sectional sofa in living room. Included for your comfort are Linens, Towels, bicycles, Barbecue grill, beach chairs, beach towels, playing balls, Icebox/coolers, floating devices.

Cleaning team, uses the following process:

1) Sheets and towels are washed with highest heat/hot water setting and extra detergent

2) we use "Chlorox Cleanup + Bleach" on all surfaces (interior and exterior), doorknobs, light switch covers, front door, coffee maker, window hardware, nightstands, etc.

3) Cleaning personnel wear gloves when cleaning. All rags and mop pads are clean when entering the home to clean.
