Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo unit was very adequate and nice for 2-4 people - beach is almost private - you have approx. a 3 block walk from the condo to the beach - I had no issue finding a parking spot right at the beach entrance - 3 days of rain - 1 cloudy and 1 sunny day - had to leave 2 days early due to mandatory evacuation due to approaching hurricane - location was great 20 miles from gulf shores wal-mart/orange beach

Great Vacation Spot!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time! The unit had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing beach getaway. The walk to the beach is easy and the pool is very convenient. The view is perfection! Tacky Jacks and Pelican Scoops are right across the street if you want take out or a sweet treat. Thanks for a great vacation!

Gorgeous view, wonderful stay

The view alone was worth the stay. Overall the condo was very nice and the beds super comfortable. The complex was quiet and had access to a nice priviate beach. It was a bit removed from the heart of Gulf Shores but we preferred being away from the masses.

Great Relaxing Place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice, clean and well maintained unit.Only hiccup (if you were trying the work vacay) is the internet connection was sketchy at times.

These folks are so much better

Great view

A maintenance gentleman who assisted us to get a blender and remote controls for tvs.Not happy with plastic plates and cups .Although they were strong for dishwasher , we would have preferred something healthier.I would recommend the condominium!

Dirty, dingy, not well kept....every dish in cabinets filthy

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Dishwasher was broken so apparently housekeeping was just putting dirty dishes up...furniture and rug heavily soiled, floors full of sand snd not mopped/vacuumed, comforters and shams on bed were filthy-we washed-your welcome...we washed a lot of filthy dishes as well, cleaned multiple filthy contact items....floors made my kids feet black after being in there 5mins!! I’d surprisingly still go back! We’ve experienced the same lack of cleanliness @ million dollar plus condos....$200 cleaning fee for dirty filthy nastiness is a joke though!

Everything was really nice. Weather was a little hotter than normal. That made it hard to get out. The condo was great. Only issue i had was a 2 bed 2 bath condo with only 1 parking pass. In the elevator it said parking passes were 40.00. When I messaged to get a 2nd parking pass they changed 54.50. The room should have covered 2 parking passes. Otherwise it was a good time. Ill use sunset again. They are great people and they are more than willing to help if they're is a problem. God bless
