Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms await your group. Two master suites each feature a queen‑size bed and a private balcony, while the two secondary bedrooms are dressed in playful Disney‑style décor and offer twin beds. All rooms are designed for comfort and easy rest after a day of theme‑park thrills.



Bathrooms

The home provides three and a half bathrooms, ensuring plenty of space for everyone to freshen up and unwind.



Kitchen & dining

An updated kitchen shines with stainless‑steel appliances, modern cabinets, and quartz countertops, fully equipped for any meal you choose to create. Adjacent, a large dining table seats the whole family, perfect for gathering over breakfast, pizza night, or a celebratory dinner.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to all Resort amenities. You can park up to 3 vehicles in the street in front of the property, there's a fee of $20.00 per vehicle coming to the property, this fee is for the car pass emission + resort fee.



The Neighborhood:

Emerald Island Resort is a prestigious gated & guarded community located on Disney's doorstep. Surrounded by a Conservation Area, it encompasses over 300 acres with 11 heavily wooded acres right in the middle of the community.



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Within minutes of Walt Disney World and a short drive to shopping and dining, this 'island' serves as a haven from the larger world while remaining central to everything the world's most popular destination has to offer. Parking can accommodate up to (3) vehicles.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
