A sweeping circular staircase leads to a private second story master retreat with a loft office and a spa like en suite featuring skylights, double sinks, and a walk in shower. On the main level, two inviting bedrooms—one with a queen bed and balcony access, the other a charming twin bed retreat—each enjoy their own full bath. A separate fourth bedroom suite with private entrance, full bath, and screened patio is ideal for grandparents, in laws, or visiting friends.

Please note that the association requires a 14 day minimum period between the application submittal and the check in date. We are just under that window. The association can make exceptions so the earlier you return the signed application and the $2,500 the better. There will be items on the application that we will complete. We can coordinate the remaining payment after that but before the check in date.

The application is NOT a credit check. The $500 is a non-refundable application fee required by the association and the $2,000 is a refundable deposit which will be held by the homeowners association during your stay. This is the association's opportunity to convey the rules and other items of note to non-residents during their stay. Assuming there weren’t any incidents in the community during your stay the $2,000 will be sent back in the form of a check. It typically takes about a month to return.
