Love the location so close to alll things Rosemary Beach. Plenty of room and a lovely home that was well furnished. Garage for cars. Ocean view from living room balcony.

We had the best trip- it was conveniently located to everything and stocked with everything you need. We had issued with the AC and ice maker but the property manager was wonderful and had someone out right away to rectify the concerns. We would book this home again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All 8 women on our girl’s trip loved the house Everyone I communicated with at 30A Luxury Vacations was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Their response was always prompt.

Beautiful beachfront home in an excellent location — being so close to the beach, shops, and restaurants was definitely the highlight of our stay. The house itself is spacious, beautifully decorated, and the balcony view was amazing. We also really enjoyed having the bikes available and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably.That said, the stay was frustrating because there were several maintenance and detail issues that took away from the experience. The air conditioning went out twice during our stay. To their credit, they sent a technician out immediately the first time, but he mentioned it was a recurring issue and showed us how to fix it ourselves “when, not if” it happened again, which suggests it’s an ongoing problem that hasn’t been properly resolved.We also dealt with a leak under the sink on the last day, found both dead and live cockroaches when we arrived, had missing/non-working TV remotes, loose shower handles, moldy shower curtains, wobbly cabinets, and drawers that wouldn’t close properly. There also wasn’t enough hot water for two people to shower at once. The kitchen was missing very basic essentials like salt, pepper, and cooking oil.Overall, this is a property with a lot of potential because the location and overall aesthetic are fantastic, but the lack of upkeep and attention to detail kept it from feeling like a truly great stay.

Nice location.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice layout but very worn to the point of feeling dirty. Kitchen table is painted and sticky to the touch, needs a glass top. Living room balcony chairs need cushions as the chairs were designed for. The slats and raised frame is horribly uncomfortable. The living room AC unit is either undersized or need more return airs in the living room/kitchen or more vents, or both. The humidity ranged from 70% to 83% when the unit was running and the temp was 72. It was like walking into a warm cloud when halfway up the stairs from the main entryway. The master BR on the left of the front door has a tv tat has no cable feed and also won’t allow movies or shows to be streamed to it, only poor Samsung tv shows and news channels. Wine fridge in kitchen closet is broken. Mini fridge in laundry room is broken. Thanks
