This oceanfront beach condo unit 102 is set up to let you enjoy your dream vacation. Perfect for families or 2 couples. Located in Surfside Beach, SC, a family friendly place proudly called the Family Beach, Surfside Beach strives to maintain a small-town, laid-back, child-friendly environment for its residents and guests with two miles of beautiful pristine beach. This condo provides 2 private balconies with great views of the ocean, swimming pool, private access to the beach, outside grill and a ground level elevator. Surfside Dreaming is unit #102, one of 8 units in a private building.

Surfside Dreaming is spacious and comfortable with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room area with cable TV and WI FI. Covered parking is located under the building in a labeled spot (1 vehicle only) with another spot (1 vehicle only) located in the outdoor parking lot. Golf carts and trailers are not allowed.

At Surfside Dreaming we want to help you relax and enjoy your time here by providing the essentials that minimize what you have to bring on your vacation. Basic supplies such as linens, bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dryer sheets, dishwasher pods, dish detergent, shampoo and body wash are all provided as part of your rental cost so all you have to do is arrive!

You don’t need to worry about losing the door key because there is a keyless entry lock on the door. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen for those who prefer to cook. There is basic cookware and utensils, blender, toaster, coffeemaker (regular and Keurig), and a hot pot for tea drinkers. Dishware, flatware and glassware is also provided. In each bathroom, there is a full-size tub/shower with a shampoo & soap dispenser and a hairdryer. There is a washer/dryer combo available in the utility room off the kitchen.

When it is time to retire, there is a king size bed in the master bedroom with a view of the ocean. In the morning you can watch the sunrise from bed, or you can close the blinds and sleep in. A sliding door provides access to the balcony from the master bedroom. The night stands on either side of the bed have USB outlets for charging your devices. Pillows, a mattress pad, sheets, pillowcases and a quilt are provided for the king bed. There is a dresser with a cable TV and large walk-in closet for your clothes.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and 2 twin beds. Linens, comforters, mattress pads and pillows are provided. A dresser and large closet are available as well.

There is also a sofa with a pull-out sleeper in the living room area. Complete linens, comforters, mattress pad and pillows are provided.

When you are ready to relax, the community swimming pool and ocean are just steps away. The private Surfside Landing pool is shared with the 8 Surfside Landing condo visitors. There are chaise lounges poolside. There is a beach box under the building for Unit #102 with umbrellas, chairs, and other beach equipment The ocean is just over the dunes via a private walkway for great strolls along the beach or swimming in the surf. An outside shower is available by the pool.

There are a number of restaurants in the Surfside Beach area, many within walking distance of the condo. There are additional dining options just a short car ride away in Murrell’s Inlet, the Seafood Capital of South Carolina. Myrtle Beach attractions and restaurants are also a car ride away. Beach bars, seafood restaurants, surf shops, pizza, bakery, fishing pier and bike rental are all available in Surfside Beach. Everything you need is at your fingertips at this beachfront destination.
