Welcome to the Boardwalk!

Boardwalk is a triplex located right on the white sandy beaches of Perdido Key. The triplex includes two 3BR units on the lower level, and a 4BR unit on the top, making this unit low density. Has backyard access to a private beach, reserved for all Boardwalk guests.

Boardwalk #3 is a cute three-bedroom, two-bath with three king beds, and a queen sofa sleeper. Sleeps 8.

The kitchen is fully equipped including a multi-cup coffee maker and blender. Also provided is the initial supply of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, dish soap and trash bag for each can to get you through the first 24 hours. Washer and dryer on site. Also, enjoy the complimentary Wi-Fi with smart TV's in every bedroom. This unit is cozy, somewhat rustic, beach atmosphere it's perfect for a family or group of friends spending a few days or even a few weeks at the beach!

Located just minutes from great restaurants and night life, Boardwalk is a fantastic place to stay. The covered balcony offers an amazing view of the gulf and there are steps directly to the beach and dune walk-over. Now on the property is a shared charcoal grill, picnic tables and outdoor games.

**Please note we provide an initial starter kit of soap, a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a trash bag for each can, Clorox wipes, complimentary dish and laundry pods, dish soap and a sponge so please pack accordingly!

Please note: Prior to booking, there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & that guest must be present during entire stay. (Strictly Enforced!) Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00.
